Raggedy towels, look like my dog chewed them.
VERY MUCH NOTHING FOR THE "STAR" LEVEL FOR THIS HOTEL WHO GIVE THIS PLACE 4 STARS?? THIS HOTEL IS MAYBE 3 STARS HOTEL. DON'T EVEN HAVE PARKING GARAGE FOR THE GUESS. WE HAVE TO PAY TO PARK THE RENTAL CARS.

Cons -

No water in the room and the staff would not sell me any either.
1.- THE STAFF NOT THAT FRIENDLY AND CARELESS 2.- THE DISTANCE BETWEEN THE HOTEL AND MONTERREY DOWNTOWN AND THE REST OF THE TOURIST AREAS. 3.- HORRIBLE LOBBY AND ALWAYS DARK INSIDE THE HOTEL. THE BATHROOM BY THE SHOWER DIRTY. OLD TOWELS.
