The room a/c was terrible we changed room and it was the same issue the bed not sure if it's actually a bed or just floor jajaja other than that very clean and great staff

Hello,I wanted to let you know that I stayed at the Krystal Urban Monterrey San Jerónimo hotel from, April 20th until, April 24th. I was very, very pleased with the service (I was treated very well by a very kind young man at the front desk, I believe his name was Emiliano), the facilities, and the location. I was able to work and rest very well... until Wednesday, April 22nd onwards when a group of children and teenagers arrived and created a lot of noise — shouting, running, and banging on the floor above my room, both day and night. I complained several times at the front desk.Honestly, my stay turned into a bitter experience, making it difficult to work or rest.I don’t think I will be returning, and you can be sure I won’t recommend your hotel to any of my acquaintances or clients.Thank you in advance.Manuel

We booked this hotel last minute after a bad experience in another hotel. From the first moment, the experience was pleasant. The rooms were comfortable, the staff very expedient, friendly and helpful, the location perfect for our needs. Breakfast was not really splendid, but rich, tasty and abundant. The 4-star classification was well deserved. Compared with other options that we had seen price-performance was top. Always again! Clear recommendation.

No English names written. The staffs are finding it difficult to explain the food. Menu card is not in English. Only because of the location.

Nothing. This property was not clean or welcoming. The staff was not friendly and they assigned us to a room that already had someone in it. When we scanned our card and opened the door a couple was in there and it was extremely awkward. The rooms were dark and depressing and had bodily fluid stains on the furniture. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. Bathrooms had stains from not being cleaned properly and fixtures were coming off the walls. I understand this room is cheap compared to others in the area but with the money you save you are losing comfort. I would not recommend this hotel and have no idea why the ratings are so high.

Everything was great, they have 24 hour security and underground parking, left things in the back of my truck and was safe the whole time. Staff & security were really friendly. Room service/ house keeping was great also, had soap, towels, waters everyday.

My 3rd time and each time getting worst.We are there only for the location.Room is big. Elevators fast. Omelet cook sensational.

Check in very slow. And receptionist tried to hide my free coupon intentionally but I called him out on it. Fireplace light blinks all night in middle of room. Pillows very uncomfortable but we knew that going in.Breakfast selection seemed old and stale. Especially breads. Coffee is absolutely horrible. They charge 80 pesos to get a coffee from Starbucks as alternative. Tried lunch and that was also a disaster even though we were the only clients in the restaurant..3rd time visit but never again

Had lunch there 2 days and both were good.

The bed was too hard, moved rooms, still too hard. TV had spotty reception. No microwaves in the rooms. The AC system is crazy, even if you just leave it on Fan Only, it will freeze you out, turn led the heat on to warm it up, the heater quit working within 5 minutes plus it's like a tornado in there when the fan is on for heat or AC. It's a Super 8 with a decent restaurant. Biggest complaint, nothing around but business building, you have to Uber or Didi for anything. The oxxo nearby closes early. I won't be staying there again.

The location is perfect! Very close to the highway that connects you to different parts of the city.

The shelves did not close and would open throughout the night. The lights were very dimmed, so I had to turn all the nights to be able to see. Also, the bottom purple sheet was dirty and stained.

Pool is down for repairs. This is not expressed at all in marketing. Fitness room old and rusty equipment.Buffet average.Coffee horrible. I mean, really bad..Bottom line.. it's overpriced but you get a great room and bath.Skip the breakfast...Avoid the coffee..Don't bring your workout clothes or bathing suit
