Autentico Monterrey

I did not like the fact that the doors to the restroom and shower are see thru. Traveling with my kids I felt like we had no privacy.

The room and the staff were really nice.

The outside of the hotel as well as the lobby do not look like a hotel, in fact I thought I had the wrong address.

Location, that’s IT

Old, smelly, unwell maintained, looks like a motel. They had party in top roof and is noisy in the room.

I liked the location

The Hotel has gone downhill it’s has became very dirty, and the young staff need more training. Was not happy

Cheap furniture, breakfast not included, barely discounted, their whatsapp number did not work

The room is spacious but the price is high for the furniture in it is getting old not a good small sofa to sit

The Hotel is small and 2 days they had events one night a wedding and there was noise people moving the set up furniture for the events until 3 am not able to rest until that time with all that noise

The facilities were not nice. It smelled horrible and hotel looked old

The location close to retaurants, shops and parks. Rooftops with views and small pool. 10 min. drive to downtown Monterrey.

Amazing location

It looked very unkempt, and the emergency exit next to my room was always open to the street making me feel quite uncomfortable. Also consider it is next to a bar and there is loud music during the night on the weekends.

Super convenient. Plenty of parking. Proximity to restaurants.

Parking garage has seen better days.

The property is located in an ideal area of San Pedro. Excellent restaurants within walking distance. There is a huge mall across the street. Staff is friendly and very helpful.

The facilities are in very poor condition, finishes of the hotel look cheap and low quality.

The location and the staff

The hotel's facilities were very neglected; the entire building appears to have significant moisture issues, with swollen walls and mold, likely due to poor ventilation. When I went to the pool, I noticed a very unpleasant smell, almost like a dead animal, which I believe was coming from the trash bins nearby, prompting me to leave immediately.

The room was nice and spacious and the parking very useful for the zone

the inside of the building is not that clean, the pool is very tiny, the restaurant opens late for the breakfast and the breakfast itself is very basic.

Just location

Pretty dirty and old inside. When we got her lights and water turned off for a good hour. Breakfast waiter was rude and did not take our order. So we ended up leaving. 07/25 morning shift.

common areas of the hotel need maintenance - pool is dirty and no well kept. staff was not very professional. there is a bar/club at the street level of the hotel that is loud - some nights had super loud music, hard to sleep until 2am

Great location

Rooms were needing better cleaning. The carpet into the room was old, smelly and dirty. Pictures did not trully reflect the quality of this hotel. Hotel staff were not able to help with luggage into the rooms.

The rooms were well designed and clean. AC was working well. Located right opposite of Palacio de Hierro (for shopping) and close to Arbolea (hip neighborhood)

The staff at the hotel restaurant were rude and the service was extremely slow.Elevator was out of service when we arrived. Lobby and hallways are out of shape, looks like a college student hostel and not a 4-star hotel.
