Breakfast, there's nothing but cereal and breadAnd there's no pool, I thought there would have one because is city express plus

Not worthy. High price, low value.

Hotel was in renovation, a lot of noise, movement and blocked areas, that the hotel MUST ADVERTISE, let clients know that this inconvenient is happening, and rates should be lower. Breakfast is poor. Room is small, student-type rather than Marriot-type hotel. Not good experience, price is high, not according to what is promised. Lame.

The staff at the second hotel fulfilled their promise.

The staff at the first hotel where we arrived in error gave us the wrong address to a hotel where we were booked.

The rate

I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again. The facilities lack maintenance, the walls are stained, and the floor is very dirty (with visible dirt). The bed is very uncomfortable, and the pillows even more so. The ‘included’ breakfast is just a cold bar—fruit, yogurt, and cereal. You can hear everything from the neighboring rooms, even conversations. The staff is very friendly, but it’s not comfortable when the facilities are in this condition. The security staff asked if I was a guest, I said yes, and he kept asking more questions, even after I showed him my room key card.

The advertisement says American breakfast but the just offer continental. The coffee machine doesn’t work and they do not offer a solution, do not offer simple water neither.

The hotel looks like is under construction and is dust all over the place. And is very dark at night time.

The cleanliness and comfort. Staff were very courteous and were doing their best while understaffed.

The breakfast area was full and there was only one person taking special orders, refillng trays of food, back and forth continously from the kitchen, etc. She just couldn't keep up and we went without several food items and napkins and plates for quite a while. You need more staff in the breafast area!!

From check-in to check-out, I was very impressed with City Plus. Parking was easy. Concierge was friendly, professional and considerate of my room specifications. Our room was comfortable, nice size and I didn't hear any outside noise. The hotel is located near upscale restaurants & bars as well. The breakfast served was very generous, didn't expect so many fresh options- major plus! There's so many great things to say about my stay. I will definitely be back when I visit Monterrey again. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The free coffee machine anytime

The breakfast was too early. If you went down 10 min early almost everything was already picked up. Didn’t had the chance to even Have a good breakfast. Room could only be cleaned at 1 specific time of the day if you where using the room then you needed to wait until the next day to have it cleaned.

i didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel. I wish they had utensils and microwave in the kitchen for guests that eat at different hours.

Nothing. The worst hotel I ever booked

"Breakfast" is a portion of old fruit and expired cereal. Even coffee tasted bad

The breakfast was quite enough. And location was good to go everywhere in the center. Jonathan in the night shift was kind and helpful.

First of all the entrance need more sign to show where is looby because definitely is not in the first floor. And Check in was awful, we went there like 11am. The girl named 'Abigail' with blunt dark hair. She said we have to wait until 3pm, that was normal and fine for me. But many people came after us for check-in and she give them keys, so that wasn't fine. I guess we booked from Booking.com and we didn't pay that much, that's why she didn't want to give us keys early and she was kind of rude to us. And Hotel has amazing mountain views but she gived us to worst view looking nowhere in the hotel. Also we reserve for 2 person big bed but I am pretty sure that room was for only one person.

I liked the location and the fact that I was able to rest properly. Staff was friendly.

The bed was quite uncomfortable. The vending machine wasn't working properly which was very inconvenient. The coffee machine was broken.
