The hotel is very nice looking, rooms are very nice and clean.the breakfast was good as well.

The construction inside the hotel made it nearly impossible to rest so they switched me to another room. Also, I just came out of surgery and paid a lot of money (this hotel isn?t cheap) the elevator broke for 3 days (which are the worst) after a surgery.

The breakfast is delicious!! The personnel were all kind and very professional!! Thanks for all the great service ! Antibacterial was readily available everywhere !! Thanks for everything!! Awesome job with social distancing !!

The temperature around the social areas was hot and humid, the television by reception was set at a very loud volume. The pool was not open during my visit due to covid restrictions so that was sad and not the hotel's fault.

Beds were very uncomfortable, the air conditioning barely worked and the room was very outdated and old.

The hotel is very well located, and the rooms are spacious and clean. Very comfortable

The hotel is under some renovations and the entrance is blocked. Also was impossible to take breakfast because the temporary room was to small and crowded

The location was great for my needs, my Doctor was in that area Col. Fuentes del ValleBreakfast was excellent , good food,, and great service, Good price too. One of the special request when I made the reservation was that the Air Condition would be at least 21 or 22., I suffer from allergies and humidity in the room affecs my breathing.It was on 4th floor and it worked perfect.

It is super clean. And the beds are very comfortable

Sometimes the front desk staff is no very friendly

Outdated facilities. Breakfast was lacking when compared to other similar hotels in the area.

My only recommendation, not complaint would it be to match breakfast menu to other holiday inn express hotels, my daugther was expecting for bacon over hot cakes, plus those great small cinnamon rolls the express hotels have ;)
