Quality Inn Monterrey La Fe

My A/C stop cooling on my 3 rd night and they switch me to another room, but that AC stopped working after three hours since I was leaving in the morning. I just slept in a hot room.

THE ENTIRE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND READY TO SERVE ALL OUR REQUESTS. I WILL DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN IN THIS HOTEL. KUDOS TO ALL!!!

IN THE BATHROOM COURTESY SHAMPOOS, THE ONLY ITEM MISSING WAS HAIR CONDITIONER. THE BATH SOAP SMELLED TOO MUCH LIKE LAUNDRY SOAP INSTEAD OF A FRESH SMELL.

The front staff was so quick and right to the point. No wasted time.

The breakfast looked great just didn't get the opportunity to try it. The staff were very friendly and trustworthy. The location was safe, it had 7/11 near by and OXXO open 24/7. They had a system so not just anyone can get into the parking area if you bring a car however there is no security.

The facility was out dated, cats from outside were inside the lounge and on the couch's, the rooms were dusty and very out dated. I felt I was in the 80s-90s hotel. I felt it was way over priced for the quality.

Hard bed, bed was missing a leg at head so it wobbled. Odd lighting in room, very simple breakfast.

Breakfast was really good only thing that made us happy and their service how they attented to our request

The breakfast was not good they had carrot juice which was hot no milk the fruit was also hot the pancakes were stale and the food had no flavor The rooms smelled like urine and the hallways were hot

Nice swimming pool, nice breakfast . Clean rooms and clean bathrooms.

No ice machine, no refrigerator in the rooms
