Dirty floors. Very dusty! A/C not blowing cold air. Maintenance had to adjust the a/c and it took 24 hours for the room to finally cool down.

Dirty floors!! Very dusty! Our 1st room was very dusty with some trash on the floor. We were moved to another room. It too was dusty as if it hadn't been cleaned. A/C was blowing warm and had to be adjusted by maintenance. Took 24 hours to cool the room.

Location in a very trendy area of the city, close to important hospitals and nice restaurants.

The restaurant could be improved, it is expensive and the food is not so tasty.

Good Lobby, Great reception area and Lounge area. Good breakfast buffet. Good enough Gym. The people is great. Liked the location.

Room is outdated, Small shower area. AC never cooled down. Halls to rooms are not nice. Some bad odors while on halls.

The location is convenient and the check-in process was quick and easy.

The bed sheets were stained, which raised concerns about cleanliness. Additionally, the heating system was not working, making the room uncomfortable during the night. I did not report these issues since my stay was only two nights, but they significantly affected my experience.

Close to where i needed to be. Lots of things nearby. They seem to be remodeling, which will be nice at some point, i guess.

Remodeling poorly handled: Lobby way too hot. Poor water pressure and poor water heating in rooms. Not enough staff at the front desk during check in and available employees didn't help. Some were just at a nearby desk just chatting. They charge for early check in. Which is a first for me. Other hotels I've been to will simply do it if the room is available.

It was so dirty, common areas were filthy and there were young sweaty athletes laying around in all common areas that gave a terrible impression

Dirty, old and low maintenance hotel At my arrival the line for the check in were almost 10 persons before me and the ladies at the front desk were really slowI ask for a change of room because the room had a terrible smell.The lock on my room’s door did not work so I slept u sage but it was too late and I was tired to go down and ask again for a change of room.
