That it was filled with people, at times the elevator stopped at every floor.

Great location next to a lovely city park with walking paths. The bar and restaurant on site were very nice and good options. The buffer breakfast was very good. Also, on site free parking in monitored garage.

Cost for pet was quite high, $2000 pesos for one night.

The property was very good everything look well maintained and the people that work there where very nice!

I booked a room at Hyatt Monterrey through Booking.com, where the price was clearly shown in USD. Even when converting to pesos, the total should have matched the USD price shown at the time of booking. However, when I checked out, I was charged in pesos at a much higher rate than expected — far more than what I agreed to.This is completely unacceptable and misleading. The price should not change just because of the currency conversion, especially when the exchange rate they used was not aligned with the actual market rate. I feel cheated and extremely disappointed.I expected better transparency and fairness from an international hotel chain like Hyatt. Be very careful if you plan to book here — you might end up paying much more than what you were quoted.

The rooms are spacious, modern, and clean, with breakfast included.

I accidentally booked the room for a date one week later than intended. As soon as I realized the mistake, I immediately emailed the hotel to request a cancellation with a full refund, expecting some level of understanding and flexibility. Unfortunately, the hotel refused my request outright, stating that they do not accept cancellations and are unwilling to provide any refund, even though I contacted them promptly.Their inflexible approach and poor customer service make me question their commitment to guests. A good hotel should value its customers and be willing to make fair exceptions, but this one clearly does not. This experience has left me frustrated, and I would not recommend booking with them unless you are 100% sure of your plans because they will take your money and refuse to work with you under any circumstances.

Clean, sound proof and breakfast was excellent.

Could do with a bigger breakfast area.

Bed was very comfortable; breakfast was included and was a combination buffet and special-order eggs cooked as you want them. The breakfast was large and crowded each day but the understaffed waiters worked very hard to keep tables cleaned and people moving. The room was nice, the location is close to shopping but there really wasn't convenient walking to go anywhere. It's more surrounded by offices.

We used Uber for all out transportation, but unfortunately Uber's pick-up location was a block away and on a busy street. The Uber app blocks you from setting the front entrance pickup/drop off location, so we had a really bad time trying to get in and out of the hotel each day. Other travels had the same issues, and it was really inconvenient.

Awesome breakfast, and OMG the pillows are amazing. It’s completely worth the money you spend on this place, the staff is great the food is delicious and the atmosphere is incredible, live soft music in the evenings makes it feel so cozy and relaxing. The location is so close to shopping and entertainment, the parking is safe and the only thing I would add is just not enough grass for pets near the property, there’s a small area in a very busy intersection that crossing with pets is unsafe, but other than that I’ll definitely be back!

Not enough grass for pets, the closest green area is across a busy intersection and freeway, my dogs where very nervous with the fast driving cars and it was difficult for them to “go” crossing the street was challenging but managed

Grass for pets is next to the freeway and the cars drive fast and close to the sidewalk, not enough grass and safe pet areas

The beds were comfy and clean. Breakfast, when not too busy, was great.

The hotel needs to communicate with Uber to get the hotel recognised on its system. The service elevator needs some maintenance as it was making a loud 'squeaking' noise that could be heard in the rooms (late at night and early morning). House Keeping did not leave any handsoaps or little bottles of moisturiser - we had to ask for them and they didn't always appear. STAFF NEED TO CHALLENGE GUESTS WHO ARE ENGAGED IN ANTI-SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR: GUESTS WERE WALKING AROUND THE LOBBY/BREAKFAST AREA WITH NO SHOES IN BARE FEET AND PUTTING BARE FEET UP ON THE SEATS.

Free upgrade to a suit, great modern rooms and lobby.The free breakfast was also very good.

A very great hotel, with pool and gym.My room was very nicely decorated and comfortable. Cleanliness is very important, if you want there is room service every day.A great advantage was the possibility to do laundry in the hotel's laundromat. Washing and drying cost just 170 pesos.The breakfast buffet was very rich and you could have additional omlettes prepared.The dishes a la carte were also very good. From traditional dishes to burgers, everything was there.In my opinion, the Hyatt is highly recommended.

Rooms are spacy and with a real good separate launch place and a good size table to work. Bathroom modern. Nice and modern Gym and Pool. Clean - modern - friendly staff

it is a neat, clean and modern hotel, the staff is doing its best to settle in as it is only 4 months since opening.

just be patient as a few things are not as it should be, they will soon be at Hyatt standard. funny example: the barman didn’t find the corkscrew and needed to get one from his car.

The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times! The location is great and there were many restaurants and shops nearby!
