AC Hotel by Marriott Monterrey Valle

The Breakfast it was great.

Yes the front desk staff was rude and not friendly..

The hotel is surronded by many restaurants and coffe shops. Also breakfast is good enough but coffee not so much. Even it is close to a main avenue, noise insulation is great.Has complimentary water, safe and vault.

Coffee and water temperature was not consistent. I had intervals of hot water and then cold water. Never on point.

Overall, the hotel is just ok. Good amenities and facilities. The breakfast was fine and varied, the room is modern and well equipped, the location is fantastic.

The water tempearature of the shower turned extremely hot and than cold. It was not a good experience. The towels looked very used and some were even ragged.

Fantastic new facilities, very comfortable room with everything you need in it. Delicious breakfast and lovely staff.

Nice modern and convenient. Rooms very comfortable. Breakfast OK. Not convenient if you want to be near the city center as it is a far part of the city close just to office buildings.

Location is fantastic and the price is fair.

It did’n feel as clean as the first time I stayed there. The sheets were very wrinkled since the moment we arrived and made me wonder if they were actually clean.. And the towels!! Terrible towels. Grayish old rags.. they urgently need new ones.

This is a nice hotel. A little bit pricey, but the staff is great, and they have nice details, like flavored water as you exit the elevator on your floor, with snacks.

It is expensive, so the value for money is a bit unbalanced.

Hotel is in San Pedro and well located to some shops and restaurants. The rooms are big and fairly new. The place has a nice rooftop and a pretty decent gym.

BF is not the best, but I believe that is a general problem in Mexico. No good bread, no fresh orange juice, no home-made jams.

We stayed 3 nights, during the entire stay our room smelled like smoked meat, because we were in the line above a taqueria, even tho we were 4 floors up the smell was intense. Shower has an issue with hot and cold water flow. At some point we had 0 cold water coming from the shower for 15 min. Consistently during showering suddenly super hot water will come out.

Location is great, right on the business district and close to a myriad of restaurants, coffee shops and night clubs. It is very new in all senses.

The shower is a joke, it goes from freezing to boiling from one second to the next and back again. It was really unpleasant. Windows on the external side could have better care and housekeeping.

The location in the Valle Oriente is very practical. The plus: the hotel is located in a commercial area where you can find downstairs a pharmacy, a bakery, a coffee shop and some restaurants. The hotel itself is well decorated with a large lobby from where you can work easily and bedrooms are very comfortable.You also have a large gym on the roof.

The breakfast was included but very average. The coffee tastes hot water but it's common in many places of Monterrey.At the moment of doing the check-in you need to be aware about how much they will want to charge you because they use a higher exchange rate than Booking. Hopefully I made them notice and they adjusted it to Booking prices.

Everything was really nice. The whole neighborhood was really clean.

I have no complaints about anything they give you a card to operate the elevator. I think that is an excellent idea because it keeps you safe. I might add that breakfast could be a little bit better.

Clean and staff was friendly

Pillows were not as much comfortable than other Marriot hotels. The smell scent of the corridors.

Very close to Kali coffee, great gym and terrace. Good breakfast.
