The cleanliness, but my overall experience was poor because the hotel took our money for mediocre and very bad spa services.

The fact that they lie about their spa service. They do not have professionals that are trained or know how to provide these services including giving a massage and “SPA RELAX + FACIAL Deep Hydration”. This is a scam,

Cleanliness, interior space.

The staff could be friendlier. Also the mattress felt too soft on the first night but after the second night it was all ok.

Cleanliness of room. It was sparkling clean and smelled great. Staff was friendly and welcoming and ver professional.

The valet parking. We had to leave several times during the day and had to tell someone each time to bring our car. Tipping can get pricey when staying 5days 4 nights.The pool water was too cold despite summer and had strong smell of bleach.

Location was terrible when we checked in we were instructed absolutely no alcohol to be brought on to premises I have never heard of that no alcohol and they're like very rude front desk I found the one gentleman otherwise we had my debit card on file and it didn't work when we went to the restaurant that night so that night the restaurant called me says Hey and I'm in bed it doesn't work I said well I'll straighten out tomorrow so then the next phone call I get is front desk I'm in bed I said can I not straighten this out tomorrow okay so two phone calls

The room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. I would stay here again.

The pool is not heated and there is no hot tub.

Good views, large rooms,, nice breakfast, good equipment in the gym.It is a new hotel.

Key stopped working and had to descend 2 times to get it replaced correctly. Reception's mistake.

Very modern and comfortable hotel. All very well done, beds are super comfortable, all facilities perfect. Food in restaurant really really good, become addicted to their aguachile and guac ?

The service a bit too slow, they forgot sometimes if you requested smth or ask to bring room service. Check in was incredible slow and nobody pays attention to you. Also there was some construction drilling sounds on weekend morning.

It was in a perfect location because we were able to walk into town to shopping centers, vendors, food trucks, restaurants, etc.

Bar closed too early, we were suggested to order drinks as room service.

We haved to wait 3 hours to check in and they didnt propose any compensation. It was really bad

Towels were not at the room, the shower and A/C were not working -I have to called maintenance -, the restaurant didn’t have certain food available, it took too long to get my dinner at the restaurant

Property was attached to the main road/highway which made places accessible. They offer valet parking and the staff is courteous and helpful. I really enjoyed the food as their chef was professional. Staff named Anthony was well versed in English and others were well trained too. Even though I do not speak Spanish, there wasn’t any problem in communicating with anyone at the hotel. Highly recommend it.

Although the rooms were clean but there’s scope for improvement. Room cleaning needs to be better and the complimentary bathroom vanity kit and others need to be replaced every time.

The room was very clean and spacious. The beds are comfortable and cozy.

There is no direct elevator from the parking garage to the rooms; other than that, everything is excellent

Incredible room. The room was exceedingly comfortable, accommodating and beautiful aesthetic.

Bar closed super early. Common area for breakfast etc., didn't match the quality of rest of hotel.

Location was fine - not far from Arena Monterrey, shopping and river walk. Breakfast option were excellent. Rooms were very comfortable and spacious. Staff were amazing - couldn't do enough to help us.

Two of our 3 rooms were not services on the 2nd day but this was rectified quickly once management were made aware. No sugar, milk nor coffee stirrers were put in our rooms throughout our stay.

Waited 2 hours for my room. I had to request money back.this has never happened before. Many guests were complaining
