So much not to like… false advertising, the Jacuzzi was closed, which is why I booked it of course they don’t tell you that. Staff we’re not nice. It’s not a pleasant place.

Is new and clean.

The bed and pillows are uncomfortable. Everything is fine .

The location was good

I booked 2 rooms, one double bed and one king, at check in (later than 7:00 pm!) the king room wasn’t ready and it ends by giving us another double bed room!I asked for a baby crib previously by message and then again at check in, and it wasnt delivered The phone didnt worked and we ended going down to the restaurant to make our order, then it took almost 2 hours to be delivered!!!

Clean

I ordered a coffee and took 30 minutes. They tended to other guest who got their after me, and I couldn’t get a simple coffee.

It was clean and smelled good, very comfortable. Attentive room service and the swimming pool was nice.

The jacuzzi was empty , also the shower seemed to be clogged. Shower head needs changing

The lobby smells good!

Everything! this is a 2 star hotel, not 4. There are many issues such as bad plumbing, hot water does not last, pool water was green and foggy so no one could get in, our room had broken mirrors and loose shower handles and the water drain was just a hole! they do not have room service and their 2g wifi is super slow as well ! This hotel is old and has no maintenance. Power and water often go off!

Staff was nice

The Ac never worked it was hot everyday. Lights went out from 5am to 8 am so it was extra hot. No free breakfast so they charged me 20 dollars for a bowl of cereal with milk that was hot because the lights went out.

very pleasant staff especially at the restaurant that make your stay memorable.

Bathroom was stinking as if the sewage was right below our bathroom. Internet stopped working for 3 days out of our 6 day stay. Power outage. This place is run down from corridors to beds .
