Only thing was location

There was a smell of old thru out the floors, carpet. Needs a lot of maintenance. The bathroom shower did not work right. We reported it. Asked the to change us of room. They just sent a maintenance guy. The problem persisted.

Service, luxury , price For $25 more i got a 5 star hotel

The hotel was clean. The people were friendly and most spoke English.

Quality of appearance in rooms and excellent lobby area. Free breakfast was up and above expectations.

There is a problem with the air conditioning system. I was issued a room that A/C did not work at all. The temperature 🤒 remained a constant 78 degrees during 3 hours. I was changed to another room but this one cooled but just slightly better. 76 degr

No digital check in or qr code washing machines.

Vey functional and centrally located hotel, close to museums and shops. Quiet room. Breakfast was decent.

Didn't like that I could hear the people next to us talking late and the TV was loud and the snoring...

The room is old and dirty, and when the air conditioning is turned on, there is a foul smell in the air! Sleeping until 2 o'clock makes my nose itch unbearable! I had to open the window because it was very close to the main traffic road and very noisy! I didn't sleep all night! Waiting for dawn to check out

I love the way they cleaned my room ( Sol ). Luis at the bar was excellent. The front desk were very friendly

The location of the hotel is great. It's at the historic center of Monterrey which is walking distance from spots like the Neptune fountain and the Governor's palace. There was some English channels on TV which is rare in Mexico.

This hotel needs a serious face lift. 1. There were no slippers provided.2. The carpet was dirty, you could literally feel it. 3. No toothpaste was provided. 4. There was a dead bird outside my window. 5. I noticed that there were a lot of outside people that had access to the hotel.

The front desk lack of communication among themselves. One of the desk clark (Alan) was very rude. This is the second time i have experience his attitude. Someone needs to have a conversation with him. Customer service is the main thing to have .

Manager did his best in a terrible hotel.

Avoid! Rude reception staff, rooms not as shown in pictures. Old, tired. Showers no pressure, water not hot, air conditioning doesn’t cool. Bad experience - disappointing for Mexico

The location is spectacular, just a few blocks from the heart of MTY.There's a classic restaurant inside the hotel where you can grab a cool beer and snacks.

Unfortunately the overall conditions are poorly maintained, this is clearly an old hotel, however the pictures tell you a great story, the reality is somewhat different.
