Parking is far and valet is never available

The rooms were big and the views were great. The staff were all very helpful and breakfast buffet was different everyday and all tasted so good.

Although breakfast was good, I wish I didn?t have to pay $22 everyday for it.

Excellent location. The hotel is connected to a mall which has plenty of shopping and dining options. There is also a movie theater.

Lavatory Faucent had a pin hole on the back side and splashed water over the counter.

Location was great, our room was fantastic with fabulous views of the mountains. The breakfast was good with a good variety of food options.

We had issues with the cost of our room, which didn’t match the price booked through Booking.com. We also booked a car for return airport transfers through the hotel and the car for the trip to the airport on our departure didn’t turn up. On both occasions the driver expected us to make payment, not aware that we had actually paid through the hotel.

I stayed here last year for a short vacation and returned again because I loved it so much. The rooms are very spacious, comfortable, and spotless—which is important to me since I’m quite particular about hotels. This place always makes me feel at ease.The breakfast is tasty, the customer service is excellent, and the location is perfect. It’s in a peaceful area with a mall right next door for easy shopping or a nice stroll. The views of the city are also beautiful and make the stay even more special.

Honestly, I don’t have a single complaint. I loved everything about my stay and would definitely come back again!

I loved the view from my room and that there was roof top over pool . Also loved the room had iron , and plenty of nice towels .

I did not like the transparent window in the bathroom area , because I was with my sons , so there was no privacy .

Only one restaurant and the food wasn’t very good.

the pool was cold, we had to stay at the jacuzzi all the time. They don't have variety of food, and it was not so good, even I had to order a pizza by Uber eats. There was nobody at the terrace to order some drinks or snack. And we have to pay for the parking lot.
