They can put signs in English as well. During breakfast, they can put sign that we need to pay for Pancakes / Omelette

The indoor pool was horrendous. Very dirty. Pool needed more water. The tile floor right next to pool has no traction! Very slippery! The breakfast was horrible. Food was tasteless !

The room was dirty and the restroom was horrible specially the shower the walls need restoration and paint.
The staff was friendly and the food was good.
The bathrooms the water would come out of the glass. The showers look like they have not been scrubbed right could use clorox or lysol. It looks like water damage. The bedding you should use fitted sheets and not just regular sheets to sleep on top of.
That it was in the city center and close to a lot of food places and parking was good
Staff was not very helpful, when asked for towels on 4 occasions nothing happened until I went down and complained. The ac in the room leaked water onto the floor the pools were even full with water and it was super slippery. The shower had black mold on it too and no ironing board
