The breakfast, the bathroom and the how outdated it is

Extremely clean, beautiful hotel and great location.

No free breakfast.

Spacious lobby, nice neighborhood,

Not a five star hotel. Dated, small, stuffy rooms with no ability to control temp and only basic amenities. Cleanliness of bathroom questionable. Awful breakfast that is overpriced, surly restaurant staff.

This is a 3 star hotel. The location is the only plus.

Roaches, water shortage, broken safe, no ¿do not disturb¿ signs, itchy bed/linens(luckily there were two beds) housekeeping entered room and performed a full cleaning instead of just replacing towels, and no vending machines.

I have stayed there many times in the past. It has always been a good place to stay

Poor communication and refusal to cancel 2 night's stay after it was requested. Very poor service in that area

Room was very spacious.

Seal was not on door found a couple of trash papers in shower but over all good room.

Hotel was overpriced for Monterrey. I expected a much better experience from a Milenium property. Staff was not very attentive. Staff should be trained to greet guests the second they arrive. I should not have to search for a valet at a 5 star rated prope

The common areas: The lobby, the halls, etc. I like the restaurants. The buffet is very enjoyable and has a terrific paella. Staff is very polite.

(1) Cleaning and laundry: I was told twice that somebody would come by for my clothes. No one did. This also happened on a past trip.

Not worth it

The rooms are old and need renewal but i complained the first day because there was no hot water in the shower, next day the same, i told the staff at reception , they did nothing about it and when i checked out they didnt care much anyway, really a lack of customer care.
