Overall it was great

Overall the hotel was fine. The rooftop pool was freezing cold an so was the jacuzzi and it had no lights and the bathrooms in the lobby and rooftop were the worst smelling I've ever smelt

Very good staff. Room service was splendid. Food was great!

The room size is small compared to hotels of the same rating.

Close to my office, clean, reasonable price

Restaurant is consistently slow, I have been here several times and the food takes about 1 hour to get to my table, regardless it is a simple meal (e.g. sandwich). No exaggeration here. Alas, it took 30 mins to have a lemonade from the moment I ordered!

The room I choose was small but confortable, beautiful view, good air condition, and great security

I don't like the body lotion, it was the only thing I used, it smelled gross, and they don't provide shower cap, but I made it without it

It was close to family and had quick access to the Galleria and restaurants. Very affordable, even during the holidays.

There were immediate maintenance issues such as a toilet that didn’t completely flush and the refrigerator that was both inoperable and dirty. The on-site restaurant had slow service (took one hour to serve a chicken sandwich and enchiladas at a time when there were only four tables occupied.) also, they had great difficulty preparing oatmeal.

Location was good as long as you have a car or mode of transportation.

Constant construction on the rooftop by the pool made it almost unusable throughout the day. Rooftop views are gorgeous however unusable with all the constructions going on. No fridge in the rooms, you serious?

Staff was helpful and polite. Hotel was clean and comfortable.

No iron provided in room but I’m sure I could have asked for one without any issues. Just didn’t bother to ask due to time constraints.

Very minimalist, facility, decor and even towels.

The room was great all around. Couldn't ask for more. Also for a tourist the location is actually really good. You need a car anyways to move around the city. There's a shopping mall and plenty of restaurants around. As others have said, there's a superb taco place called "Carnitas Colinas" at a walking distance.

The reception is all over the place. Hectic. Either they are demanded too much or something else.Also, I know I'm a western tourist but I don't wanna get scammed in a Radisson. We all know it's hard but you would get more customers and tips by being fair. A lady at the reception desk told 4800 pesos for 2 nights more. In the payment terminal she put 5000 that I had to point out. Also I found out that for 2 nights I got 50% cheaper price from booking.com. With a little hassle I got my booking.com price.

Clean hotel

All the members from the restaurants were very lazy, one, all meals took too long to arrive on the table. One night we ordered dinner and beer from the pool ans food after more than one hour never came so we cancel the order and went out to dinner.

I really loved the location and the staff, particularly Sergio from the restaurant he was attentive and diligent

Was not that clean as I’ve expected for being a Radisson, the details are important and some amenities from our room as from the pool were really dirty or damaged

AC didn’t work. Yesterday, I let the front desk about the issue at 8:35 am but nobody took care. I requested the front desk manager from 6:30 pm to 9 pm somebody from maintenance but again nobody showed up. Even the front desk manager was not even proactive to let me know if somebody would repair it. Today I let the front desk about the issue but seems nobody knew about the incident.

Location its really good, in from of mall, have a super market close, convenience stores, and its a locate very close to all interest places around the city

The spot for UBER could little complicated, and the included breakfast not have a lot options, have to taje two elevators, and but really bother me its every day hace to come back to lobby for re activate the card

Facilities and personnel at the hotel, also room and amenities very clean, check-in and check out were an easy process

Breakfast could be a lot better, we asked for some eggs and chilaquiles on room service, no sauce nor tortillas were given as a side.
