Fiesta Inn Express Monterrey Centro

It's in a great location, easy to walk everywhere which is important because the road construction is everywhere and the traffic is insufferable.

The windows are on the wrong side of the hotel. There are better (majestic!)views to be had elsewhere. The breakfast coffee in the lounge is terrible, but fortunately, Cafe Esoterica is a five minute walk and the coffee and food are very good.

The lady at front desk with the glasses and the man (I guess the manager) they were very kind and efficient.

All was nice and clean and the breakfast was excellent I really enjoyed the coffee that they served

The breakfast was great as well as the big open dining and work areas. It was very practical to work there during the day.

I was given a room with special disabled access, which had a door connecting to another room. Through this door I could hear everything from the other room. I could also head water passing through tubes in the walls/room.

The breakfast was super, I actually didn't know they had free breakfast, the room was big and comfy, I would totally recommend and will actually tell my friends to stay here if they ever come to Monterrey.

Location -very central, close to a number of restaurants n bars, transport easily available to any part of the city, very comfortable beds, writing desk with a easy access to sockets for mobiles/laptops etc, very good and hot breakfasts with plenty of fresh fruits. The ubication is good. The parking help us to arrive there without problem. There are some places to eat around the hotel.

The cost of parking. No one tell you when make a reservation that the parking has a cost, it is not expensive, but, it is a surprise when the host tells you for it.

They charge me more money than indicated on the website of my reservation also they don’t have first aid kit , I cannot believe that they don’t have this, since this is an hotel

Pretty close to the US CAS Center.Bastante cercano al CAS de Visas de US.

TV experiencing lagging, bathroom (extraction system) not working properly.La TV tenía un retraso, se perdía el audio; el sistema de extracción del baño no funcionaba adecuadamente.

Very convenient location, close to all kinds of services. Free and secure parking. Rooms were roomy and comfortable, with fast wifi and an HDMI connection to the large flat screen so you can plug your laptop and enjoy your own streaming. Bed was comfortable. Overall a great value for the price.

No room service.AC didn't keep the temperature and tended to run cold.

The breakfast was kind of chaotic, the bread was turning green and when informing the kitchen manager she just took a couple of slices off.

the service at front counter and the kitchen awesome but communication telling us we didn’t have hot water was pretty bad I shower with cold water they never say nothing I didn’t like that

they should tell me they have a problem with hot water and I would get another hotel asap I didn’t appreciate it at all
