Nothing. This hotel has clearly fallen far short of the high-end standard and level of excellence it once represented. The experience feels noticeably dated, neglected and disappointed.

The food was absolutely horrible and far below of what I would expect from a hotel of this caliber. Also, what the hotel calls a "Junior Suite" does not come close to meeting the standards of an actual junior suite. The room felt misleadingly advertised.

It is located on a hill with one of the best views in the city. Clean rooms, brand new building, and very friendly staff.

The staff was incredibly helpful and flexible with my change of plans. Your location is unbeatable, as the business I was visiting is half a block away. The fact that you have your own restaurat/bar *and* other options onsite is very convenient. Thank you.

The shower overflows to the sink area. The static glass pane needs to be sealed to the floor. The heater was a little too strong for my taste, but that is subjective.

Location

The parking lot should be better illuminated. Even though it’s a shared building, the hotel should prioritize its guests’ safety. Better lighting needs to be installed, as the crossing from the parking lot to the hotel entrance becomes dangerous with cars passing by as if no one is walking. This also reflects the poor pedestrian culture in Mexico, where cars often take precedence over people. Improving the lighting could help prevent an accident.

The staff was extremely friendly; the room was very comfortable. The breakfast option was excellent.

Overall, the accommodations met my personal expectations.

Everything was really pretty and the personnel was super nice.

My AC wasn’t working right but they fixed it after I called the front desk

The room they gave us had some cables outside that hit the window hard when the air started to blow. My family and I woke up in the middle of the night and couldn't rest. I called the lobby and they changed our room at 3am. It could have been avoided if they had assigned us a proper room since they already knew the cables were there. I wouldn't stay at that hotel again. Plus, the food in the restaurant isn't good.

Nice Service Staff, not always very effective, but always trying. High ceiling rooms and AC did work (after we had to get it maintained!).

Location is loud, you should get earplugs as main traffic road passes by. Not always too clean, spots and stuff leave on the carpet. We had to ask for dryer in the room, laundry coins sold, but had “no soap”. Breakfast always crowdy, not really tidy and sticky the dishes.. one day they had no toast!! And a toaster neither!!! And apart from that they wanted to charge us breakfast, even as we had booked breakfast included rooms.
