Hotel Kavia Monterrey

Location

Door didn't lock, tv didn't work, water pressure was low, floor was dirty, towels were rags, toilet paper was super rough

Big windows, great views, good beds, minimalist decor.

King-sized beds are for interior rooms only. Rooms w/ views only have 2 doubles. The entrance through the parking garage is weird. Room service is through a lobby-level cafe and only for about 3/4 of the day. No coffee makers in rooms.

The hotel has an amazing location right by the Macroplaza so everything is easily accessible.

The hotel staff was amongst the least helpful I've ever encountered in any hotel I've ever visited. Would never come to this hotel again.

The hotel is right in the center next to the municipal plaza where they sometimes play music to go dancing. It’s also right next to the 7/11 so easy to buy water, small snacks, and there is a fruit stand across the street. The housekeepers came everyday and cleaned very nicely!! Appreciate them. The AC is great. The views so beautiful! There’s a restaurant to get coffee and a pastry since some places aren’t open too early.

You need to ask for an iron, and it’s a bit difficult to know the settings. No other complaints :)

The sheets were so thin and it was super cold. So uncomfortable for sleeping. The toilet was also stained with pee

Rooms are small and uncomfortable for what you pay, Nothing like the Pictures .

The shower it was bad three years ago. I got the same room today and it was the same thing they didn’t fix it. You turn on the shower and splash everywhere he gets flooded.

Everything would’ve been perfect but when they came to clean the room they dropped my backpack and the lids on face creams were broken

I loved the area!! The hotel room was also very comfortable and big for the price. Their breakfast area was popular and delicious!

Walking distance to downtown and the river Santa Lucia.

They charge you depending on the people who stay on each room even though there is 2 beds which is for four people.

We enjoyed the view and the location

Not enough towels , not even small towels for bathing. Pillows are terrible , just a lot of usual touches were missing to feel comfortable

Disappointing to say the least. They should worn of difference of rooms.

The king size bedroom rooms have no windows and bright blue walls with led lights. It feels horrible. Staff were unresponsive and seem not to care.

Very well kept, comfortable bed, great view, two layers of curtains, spacious.

Staff not multi lingual, simple request to extend stay was botched, then my key stopped working mid stay. The entrance is a minefield of trip hazards and garage fumes. You step out into a sloped, active driveway with moving cars. The entrance is hard to find and not really labeled. Just looks like a garage entrance.

Convenient location. Nice, clean, spacious lobby - helpful hotel staff.

The room wasn’t clean hairs all over floor bed restroom. To a shower and drain was clogged disgusting. Tv didn’t work
