The room wasn't ready till 5pm and check was at 3pm the staff was a little rude.

The wonderful pool and a magnificent view.

Everything was perfect, but would of like for the pool to stay open a little bit later.

Yes , service at the pool was bad any time during the day and the music well equipment was damaged making the music sound horrible ..I had booked this hotel mainly for the view and pool upstairs and was highly disappointed..

Parking lot was full at some point, but was able to park in their shared parking lot across from hotel.

The staff was polite and efficient.

Room smelled like cigarettes, it didn't look very clean. Not enough towels, however we asked for more and the staff brought them right away.The ice machine did not have enough ice for us to be able to get it every time we needed.

The bathroom was very well divided. I liked that the shower was separate from the toilet.

The rooms didn’t seem very clean. Towels and sheets seemed quite old. The sofa had stains on it. The hairdryer didn’t work and the iron had burn stuff stuck to it. At check in they were having issues with their card readers and the receptionist was distracted doing something else instead of trying to fix the problem, which made check in very slow.

Is near restaurants, the fundidora park, the tour it’s amazing and the view.

Power went off first night we stayed. Lights were not working properly. Remote was not working.

The room was very spacious, enough storage for our one week stay, the gym was a plus and the view from the terrace was beautiful.

The sink and shower in the room had a bit of a drainage smell, the pool needs keeping up, the tiles are coming off.

The shower water never got hot for the price. Breakfast was a disappointment for the price.

Scammed us the moment we got there I assume because they realized I was American. They asked the ages of my children that were staying in the room with us and because one of my children were 13 she claimed he counts as an additional adult and they charge extra $80 for there being an extra adult in the room even though the reservation clearly showed it was 4 people in the room, it never asked the ages of the people staying in the room when booking the property. Also another family we traveled with had same exact amount of people in their room and they had a 14 year old in their room but were not charged extra for their older child. Do not recommend staying here unless you want to be ripped off by Estephany.

Location was great close to restaurants , Mexico is already an inviting country with friendly people, the staff will always greet you everywhere with a Good morning/afternoon/night…..
