Room not very clean

Nice room great beds and quiet.

There was no hot water and power went out few minutes.

No ice, no towels, bad breakfast , no transportation, my room stinks

The lady of room service was very nice!!The hotel too small for al the persons that went !!it was really hot in the Lobby

Breakfast excellent and perfect location.

A/C Maintenance in room because have some trouble with the system controller. But the rest was very confortable. Thank you.

Absolutely nothing

I dislike everything.Check-in is at 3 pm, which I understand. We arrived 30 mins early and asked if we could be provided with at least one of the two rooms rented and we were told “no.”At 3 pm, around 20 people formed in line to receive their key. Mind you, when I arrived there were three employees at the front desk, and at 3 pm two of them (conveniently) left to “go to lunch” - I did not receive my key until after 3:50 pm

They dont have much variety in lunch, also excessive use Of plastic.Personnel Is not the kindest one

Perfect for me, I only have coffee and some fruit so it was ideal.

I didn't like the check In, I'm actually very upset with the process and the way they treated my personal information. So far the hotel has kept my personal ID and is a very important document I need to recover. It's been there for 6 days and there's no way they provide a solution to return my ID to my home address even though Im paying for the shipping.The night I checked-in the host asked my ID, I provided the document and she kept it, I stayed the night, checked out the next morning and they didn't realize they had my ID all the time. At the time I arrived to the airport I realized the ID was last used at the front desk, again if the front desk has an ID of a guest that just checked in why she didn't informed that? Document was there by the computer keyboard, she only returned my credit card and room key I went to bed without noticing the ID wasn't with me.

Comfortable rooms , cleaning was good. Convenient location near the event venue.

We get at 8 am and was no chance to check in before 3pm, nor secure the booking as they didn't receive payments. As we had the event we left the hotel at 2pm. At 6 pm I received an email that my booking was cancelled, so we have to wait until they can find one room for us at 10pm (time when we returned the hotel as event finished)

My stay was 4 days and everyday I have to have my room key activated by front desk. Restroom had a strong sewer smell and AC seem to not cool took a long time to feel cool.

The location was great.

The room wasn’t thoroughly clean and the restroom had a very strong sewer/drainage odor. In addition, the restroom curtains were torn and the pillows flat.

same breakfast every single day, it is ok to stay one or 2 days but not more than that also the room keys were deactivated several times during my stay

It was a good location for us.

The room had a super strong smell like cologne but was too much like giving us a headache & we just had to get used to it since it was just for the night. It almost seemed like they were smoking or had a weird smell & just wanted to cover it up.
