    • Right on the beach. Nice pool. Good meals. Friendly staff.
    • Location

    Cons -

    • Making noise so early they have people doing construction with no regards o tourist sleeping at 7 am 😡
    • Food was terrible. Room was very tired, towels horrific
    • The restaurant hours are inconvenient more of the lunch hour. It’s to strict on the times 2-4 pm is hard to attend as you are trying to enjoy the beach. The bar hours are so ridiculous 12-5pm. Rules on wearing clothes no swimming suits or being wet. Was not ok as your there for the beach there’s no time to go and change just to eat.

The beach view was amazing and unforgettable! The staff was so friendly and helpful with my mom who was on crutches they helped her get into a taxi as she was sick. Staff is top notch ?? the rooms were super clean! The pool was nice and warm. Kid friendly. They also have an affordable laundry mat. Again Thank you so much to the wonderful staff ??

I loved the sea view. The location is perfect. Loved that they have chairs you can borrow to sit by the beach. Love the shower to clean off the sand. The pool was so warm. The pool hours are awesome! The hotel staff are top notch! Clean and nice AC. Close to grocery store, church and pharmacies.

Lunch times are horrible 2-4pm should run to at least 5pm. To strict on the portions not enough staff to serve. To strict on the clothes you should be ble to eat in your bathing suit as you are there to go swimming. Staff was not very friendly in the kitchen. The hostess was the only nice ones.

    The location is great

The staff is not very pleasant. I had an issue with a lady apparently she is encharge of the property I went to the front desk to ask for some towel for the swimming pool on the day of arrival. She got rreally sarcastic. Which is not a good. Welcoming for some body looking for a day to relax.

The good. The staff are wonderful. The location is generally nice, convenient, and somewhat clean. The pool was nice.

Honestly, this is a decent hotel that, in Mexico, should cost around $65 to $80 per night. The listing on booking.com indicated the room had a coffee maker and a microwave, of which it had neither. It indicated a full kitchen too with a photograph. The kitchen was basically a corner with a cooktop and a sink. It had one fry pan and one pot, one knife, one spatula, and one ladle. It was ridiculously slim to be called a kitchen at all. For $200 per night I would have expected the room to be cleaner. The grout in the shower had several shades ranging from white to dark brown. There was a black moldy looking corner near the door. Immediately outside our room door was construction with a large black tarp and fresh concrete spread about. At times, the workers played music full blast right outside our door. The reservation included breakfast and lunch. We selected the 9:00 hour for our breakfast. When we showed up a few minutes after nine once, the food was almost completely empty. There wasn't any coffee out. Meanwhile they would normally open for meals anywhere from on time to about 15 minutes after the start. The bottom line is that the hotel is decent but over priced for what you get and the booking.com listing is inaccurate.

It was on the beach with a nice ocean view. The suite had great air conditioning and our cleaning lady Nikol was wonderful. The staff were friendly.

The bed was uncomfortable. The food was not very good and very little to choose from.I realize that I am in Mexico and I do not know Spanish, but I thought the staff would speak some English. It was hard to communicate. Thankfully one of the visitors showed me an app for translation.

The hotel is very luxurious and clean. I like that you can walk right on to the beach. It is quiet and serene. The pool was clean and well maintained.

Construction work was an eyesore. But not much to not like

    Balcony with beach view

Not enough parking, additional parking awful and needed to be open every time.

    9TopetePosted on: 8-1-2025

Clean, close to the beach, close to shops.

I think they could do better with food. Just little portions. Food is good, but i think they should put more flavor. It's Mexico!!!

It’s centrally located, oceanfront and very close to downtown Rincon de Guayabitos. Very clean, staff was friendly (most of them).

The restaurant and bar are very basic, restricted hours and both food and drinks are very limited.

Great family place! The staff was super nice and very caring! The room we had been assigned was not the one we paid for and I asked the manager if we could switch since we had paid a sea view he was so nice and gave us one of the best view rooms. Will be back

The food is a buffet style but not many opciones

    1EmeritaPosted on: 4-25-2025

Staff are súper unprofessional. They are always staring at you. Super strict with their hotel policies. Food was not good and there isn’t a lot of choices. Same with drinks. They serve you the same food and very little. The pictures are not the same as how it is today.

    5SalvadorPosted on: 3-17-2025

Will not be staying at this hotel again.

The food was low quality. Staff was not particularly friendly. The staff seemed to be intimidated by the manager or owner. Attention and service was focused on and geared towards Canadian guests evidenced by different treatment and tone used when dealing with Canadian guests.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. A lot of hotels in Guayabitos look great from the outside but end up being pretty rustic inside. Torreblanca is not one of those. We had a Villa, which had two beds, a kitchenette, small sitting room and an ocean view balcony with a table and two chairs. Microwaves, coffee makers and toasters are available on request for no charge. The room was spotless, with maid service daily. The kitchenette came with table settings for four, what looked like a new stove and refrigerator and a few pots and pans and some basic cooking utensils. The beds were comfortable, and the sheets were not scratchy. You need to realize that a four-star hotel in Mexico is usually not the same as a four-star in the USA or Canada. The rooms have charm, not luxury (maybe you could find that in Puerto Vallarta). No opulence, but comfort. The things we found here are mostly not standard in hotels in Guaybitos – consistent supply of hot water, large and thick bath towels, and an elevator that works all of the time! The staff were all friendly, helpful and accommodating. When the screen door to the balcony got stuck, someone was there to fix it in 5 minutes. The owner was there daily, making sure that things were running smoothly. We plan to return for a longer stay next year. Jerry & Stephanie

A minor inconvenience is that the rooms do not have their own purified water dispensers, so you need to go a few steps outside your door to fill a pitcher for drinking water. The tap water is safe, but salty tasting.

Loved the beach access and waking up every morning to the sound of the waves. The staff were great in the restaurant. Lunch was different every day.

Breakfast was the same pretty much every day. The hotel could use a refresh. Things are looking dated.

    6TrevelyanPosted on: 3-4-2025

Old dated property. Shower was terrible. No hot water two out of three days. Lunch and breakfast included but mediocre at best. Staff was very friendly hospitable and location was excellent. Price was too high for the caliber of the property

Showers, food was mediocre. Billed as kitchen unit but only had a fridge

The location of hotel is in prime location. The pool was the perfect temperature and was kept in excellent condition. The facility was kept very clean in all areas, including the grounds and the entrance to the beach area- thank-you for keeping it so clean! Check-in was prompt and even though we arrived much later due to flight delay, the attendant was courteous and helpful. The room was very spacious, and it was nice to have the separate seating area next to the deck. The bed was very comfortable. The afternoon bar service was a great feature while relaxing at the poolside. Breakfast and lunch was included and was convenient to have this provided. The resort is quiet and peaceful, and the staff were always friendly and helpful.

Although the hotel room was very spacious, the bathroom seemed very small, and some light fixtures and doors were in rough shape - some updating needs to be done eventually, but it was kept very clean. The grounds were clean, but it would have been nice to have planters that had better kept plants and foliage in them - some of them seemed a little neglected, and not attractive. It was great to have breakfast and lunch included - breakfast from 8:00 to 10:00am is good; lunch should maybe be scheduled from 1:00 to 3:00pm. It would be nice to have a bigger fruit selection at breakfast - there was only pineapple some mornings - it would have been nice to have at least 3-4 other fruits included, especially for people who could not have milk, eggs, or gluten in their diet.
