Hotel Hacienda San Pancho

This hotel has one of the best and most confortable bed i ever slept inThe room is very spacious with smart TV and high speed wifi

There were no hot water in the morning

Beautiful premises with very nice views and a beautiful pool

The premises are neglected

Location, no Resturant not to close to grocery store

t.v did not work, they moved us to another room and the tv did not work there eather, the pool is a mile away, you have to drive to the pool.

Nothing. It was not at all as advertised on your site.

NO SAFE IN ROOM !!! Balcony door did not lock and they never attempted to fix it. TV was broken. Phone was broken. No mini fridge in room. No coffee/tea supplies. No hair dryer. No hangers in closet. No restaurant on site. No beach club.

After exploring the area, i found that i liked tge location.

There was no resturant or BarFront recieption was was very minimal. Therefore no one to talk to for issues or concerns.There was no hot water the first day. The hotel "was" beautiful but its not managed fully and could become in desrepair very quickly. I didnt see a single custumer the first 12 hours, leavjng me wonsering "why and where is everyone"

Large well appointed room, great huge shower. Gorgeous infinity pool.

Location awful, not beachfront. Stiff hikes up and down to pool and beach. No beach chairs. No staff at pool, no towels. No restaurant close, no ice or vending machines. Nice little terrace overlooking a field of weeds. No staff with any English. Questions on how to get to town or the pool were answered with vague pointing and “10 min walk”. Everyone I talked to agreed the place is just weird. Lots of big empty buildings around. My slider didn’t lock, pointed it out, nothing done.

The pool overlooking the ocean is by far the best part of the hotel.

The rooms were extremely musty smelling even with the ac on or doors open.

That property was beautiful and room and pools were great

First day of arrival there was no water and then the day after that, there was no hot water. Also the water of the pool was cold. No restaurant or bar in the hotel, not even a coffee service.

The room was spacious and the shower was nice.The pool was freezing but pretty.

The communication is bad!! I couldn’t enter the gate in the back of the property and needed to walk on a highway to get there!! I called the property many times as I was waiting by the gate and no one answered. Later on they told me their phones didn’t work! Once I finally arrived, it felt super abandoned and spooky to be honest. I will NOT be back :(

Very confusing entrance. Seems deserted. Not near ocean. No food/drinks at beach. Very different from pictures.

Location was great! We were close enough to town to walk across the bridge that was directly across the property. The room was huge and loved that we had a fridge. Waking up to the sounds of all the chickens and birds was very peaceful (we have chickens at home so the noise is normal for us)

Maybe coffee in the lobby? We did have water in the room which was super nice! But honestly this place was great.

We enjoyed having the swim-out. It was very convenient to walk across the rainbow bridge to go into San Pancho.

The check out was a little odd. We were trying to check out and get our deposit back at 08:00 and waited 30 mins for someone to come check us out.

The place is huge, and the rooms are too.

The location of the property is a bit far of the beach, but you can reach the town easily.

The location is amazing a way from hustle and bustle of the town but the great thing about it is that with a 5 minutes walk you are in heart of restaurents , bars and boutiques ! Front desk staff are very kind and polite The Hotel does not have kitchen or bar they only clean the rooms ! There are two pools in the property one in between the villas and the other one up the hill like infinity pool which is kinda beach front ! The scenery is very nice like Thailand jungles The place is very quite The view of the pool up the hill is priceless

The only issue is that there is no bar or kitchen so u are not able to eat at the property

Beautiful property with extremely large rooms. Staff was very attentive. Walking over the rainbow bridge into town is fun, but also tiresome that this is required just to get some breakfast.

There was no internet service for 3 of the 4 days we stayed - and the hotel would provide no partial refund. Also, there is no breakfast available, not even coffee in the room.
