Everything was perfectly curated. The staff always had a smile and willingness to help and explain, especially which was the kindest person to see every morning at breakfast (which is absolutely delicious). The atmosphere is exactly what we needed.

Unfortunately there is a constraction going on next door, which takes place during week days.

The overall design and vibe of the hotel was carried out seamless throughout. The staff were incredible and the daily morning breakfast was some of the best food we have had on the trip.

Not much at all, it's very minor but the pool was a little cold. Again that's really nit picky and wasn't a knock on our experience in anyway.

Great location, minutes to beach but away from the downtown area full of “20 something-wanderers”. Rooms are clean and sound proof and the breakfast was multi course, fruit, coffee, toast and eggs.

The AC in our room didn’t work and we couldn’t get the temp below 24 degrees. The hot water didn’t work but you don’t really need it since it’s warm enough to shower

Outstanding staff, warm and friendly. Great front desk, great housekeeping, great admin support. Loved the breakfast in the beautiful wood library area overlooking the pool. Excellent location a block from downtown. Room was good sized and very comfortable.

Nada. We had a little billing issue and admin staff worked tirelessly to resolve asap. Extremely ethical and professional.

Due to my traveling with two heavier checkin bags, I prefer to stay at places that have elevators or few steps. I didn't realize they didn't have an elevator and there were quite a few steps up and down to get to my room with my bags.But, at their place an elevator wouldn't work well. So, I got a little exercise whensettling in and checking out.

- The theming was pretty and I liked how the lobby and breakfast area looked out over the pool and the iguanas that loved to chill out- Great location and only a couple of blocks from the beach- The breakfast was fantastic! They make their bread and that with the homemade jam every morning was so good.

- The bed was very hard. We still were able to sleep but we felt stiff in the morning. - The pool was really small

The breakfast was incredible. The staff were kind and lovely. The hotel is beautiful and very well located.

Small fridges or a space to cool ones own drinks would be nice. The beds were so uncomfortable

The stay was great. Hotel staff incredibly accommodating and the place had a very peaceful energy. Breakfast was delicious. This is definitely somewhere perfect for people looking for a quiet place to stay. It was a short walk to town/beach and you have the tiniest bit of an uphill when approaching the property, very convenient.

The room setup was a little funny because the toilet room window was opened into the courtyard and the interior door for it did not reach the ceiling but this is something I've encountered many times in Mexico and Italy as well so it didn't concern me very much but might be a concern for other travelers. Best if your super comfortable with who you are staying with but not all rooms were like this.

Hotel Casa San Pancho was overall, an amazing stay. Their breakfast was delicious and their customer service, excellent! The rooms and common areas were extremely clean & well maintained. The only downfall was that our window facing the busy San Pancho streets was not properly sealed and it could get quite noisy at night. It’s definitely not in a party area so this usually resolved early in the night. Just something to note.We will definitely book again!!!

Helpful staff. Everything was cozy, comfortable, and peaceful. Breakfast was great, too! Would have loved to stay forever ❤️

Comfortable place would have liked breakfast choice couldn’t t eat the main breakfast dish.

Room was excellent (master suite); breakfast was excellent; and staff were excellent.

The only issue we had was that the internet was spotty in the master suite.
