    Pros +

    • This was my third stay at this former gem of a hotel. But since my initial visit, this quality of this hotel has gone drastically downhill. Then decor has not been updated nor have then linens. The hotel is staffed to the bare minimum, but the staff that remain are still LOVELY humans.
    • Close to town, bright and clean. The cleaning and front desk staff were lively. Shampoo and soaps were of great quality and smelled fantastic. Hot tub was clean and hot!
    • My favorite place to stay in the area. Lovely roof top pool. Excellent service from staff. Love the restaurant downstairs. Great location.

    Cons -

    • We checked into our room and it was obvious the linens to our bed had not been changed since the previous guests. Evidence was frank, obvious and disgusting. We notified management and extended an offer for reedolution and they refused to compensate us appropriately.
    • Didn’t have usual hotel room amenities like coffee maker or kettle. Pillows had plastic covers which in one hand was nice to know they were clean but felt like sleeping on inflatable pillows.
    • Sometimes no hot water, construction works next to our room

Very nice rooms. Boho chic. Excellent shower. Very comfortable bed. Will absolutely stay here again next time in San Pancho. Very central in town. And only 5 minute walk to the beach.

I wouldn’t touch that pool. Laying pool side was excellent. But the risk of iguana feces in the pool was too real for me and a risk I wouldn’t take.

The hotel is tastefully designed from an architectural perspective. The rooms are comfortable. It has a safe feel.

We get up early and would like a cup of coffee to start our day. Not possible. No coffee maker in the room and the attached coffee shop (owned by the hotel) doesn't open until 7:30AM. And no coffee at 7:30AM if they forget to turn the machine on. Arrived a few minutes early one day and the staff made me wait until the clock ticked to 7:30. Finally, a little irritating to have to spend $5 a day for a drip coffee after spending over $1,000 for a 5-night stay. The reception staff were okay. Maybe just a little too hip though. When we arrived by car (we are in our 60's), the receptionist absolutely refused to let my husband use the bathroom because she couldn't find our reservation. I indicated that we had been driving several hours and felt a bit desperate. It did not matter. I had to go to the car to dig around and prove that we had a reservation. When I did, she walked away without a word to look for my husband. Not a good start to our stay.

María at the front desk was amazing from the start. The hotel is a calm and stylish oasis. The bed was so comfortable too. Love the salt water pool and location.

    Great location

No breakfast and one of the woman at the front desk.

The facility was very clean, the rooms were very nice and well kept. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel when visiting San Pancho

We stayed for two nights and before arriving requested another night because we wanted to stay longer. Both rooms were excellent, clean and furniture and bed were comfortable. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The cafe and coffee shop were an added bonus. They have great coffee and many breakfast options that were delicious. I highly recommend staying at this hotel when in San Pancho.

Interesting design. Clean lines. Good use of concrete. Great location

We had one of 4 rooms that we reserved for our guests. One guest thought the roosters outside were annoying. It didn’t keep me awake.

    9TatumPosted on: 2-4-2025

Accommodations were lovely. The Cafe Amarya was a highlight. Great coffee, staff and overall welcoming environment.

The roosters were noisy but that's to be expected.

We enjoyed the pool on the roof, looking out across San Pancho. Beds very comfortable, great location and breakfast spot.

The rooms were stylish but not very comfortable. Quite cold & lacking personality. We were in a large sharing room. This meant one bathroom for four people and two doubles. The bathrooms is in the bedroom and doesn’t have a full door, so very little privacy. Not enough space to hang clothes or dry wet things from the beach. The cold stone floor was always slightly wet.

    9ClaytonPosted on: 1-3-2025

Modern and sleek. Quiet. Cafe attached is solid. A block walk to main drag and just a few blocks to the beach.

The pools and hot tubs temperatures varied wildly daily which was weird and inconvenient.

    10NaaniPosted on: 12-6-2024

We loved our stay at this hotel! The location, staff and rooms were amazing. While breakfast is not included there's a great little coffee shop downstairs and incredible options throughout town.

Water pressure and temp when in and out but you would find that anywhere.

Modern, clean hotel, pool and rooftop tubs. Great facilities.

    Clean modern and quiet!

    10SamanthaPosted on: 10-29-2024

Beautiful hotel with charming, large rooms. Beautiful pool and rooftop tubs, comfortable beds, and helpful reception staff. The town of San Pancho is the best spot on the Riviera Nayarit!

Hotel provides beach towels, but it would be great if they provided beach umbrellas as well.

    10jerryPosted on: 9-24-2024

It was so posh. Large room. Large comfortable stairs.

The hot tubs didn’t have adjustable heat settings. The hottest tub they had was just above lukewarm at best and then bubble setting didn’t work. Idk maybe they did but maybe it just wouldn’t work for me.The WiFi was incredibly spotty. At least in the room we stayed in which was 6 Lluvia.

    10KaliopePosted on: 7-3-2024

Property was very clean, the little details are everything! Like the fresh water you receive when you check in, the courtesy drinks we got. It was raining the day we stayed , ghe environment was fenomenal!! Very incredible and comfortable.
