The rooms were recently renovated and nice. The landscaping was nice also.

Check in took over an 1hr We were told if we upgraded for an extra 150 a day we could get into our right away which wasn't true There preferred area which was half the property When we talked poorly of the property we were told the would call the police

This is my second time coming with family since we loved it soo much and it did not dissapoint! Everything was amazing, since the moment we arrived they were very welcoming and acomodating, they went out of there way to make us feel comfortable, the food was spectacular, the ambiance, the drinks, staff I HIGHLY recommend you come here if you want a relaxing and wonderful time.

Overpriced and food was very mediocre. Unless you are intending to gorge yourself all day on food and drinks, save your money and book elsewhere. The adults only is on one side and kids on the other. If you aren’t in the Hyatt Premiere you can’t go to the premiere pool on the top floor, so you have one lap pool which is fine but I didn’t think it reflected the price relative to other properties in the area. Felt like a cruise ship on land. I’m not a cruise ship person. All in all - it was fine but due to the price I didn’t think it was a good value at all. Also the $200 promotion is a scam. They break it up to $10 off a bottle of wine and $20 off an overpriced $285 massage etc. That felt deceptive. Glad we were there only 1 night and moved to Conrad after that.

Great place, good food, beautiful views

You needed to be preferred member for many things

The breakfast buffet, the bedroom size, the bed quality and the SPA service. The swimming pool at the top terrace and the quality of the service of the people was amazing and always taking care of us in this terrace.

A room even that it was a select service, they proposed me a room without sea view, long, long distance to have a sea view. We were very upset. We need to visit 3 differents rooms to choose the best one... We paid a lot of money to have the view of concrete of the opposite building. At the end the guy gave us our two rooms near by the sea and with at least swimming pool view and sea view. The food restaurant was ok, a lot of choices very good at the breakfast buffet !! but not exceptional at the speciality restaurant.

Everything. Plain and simple. The layout, design, architecture, gym, spa, restaurants, views… all incredible.

There really isn’t anything negative to say at all. I suppose maybe if they could offer more vegan friendly protein options like tofu rather than only beans then that would be nice but still chefs were very accommodating and helpful.

The smell in the hallway was unbearable, food waste, very toxic. Permanently trying to upsell very annoying. Also never responded to my messages

Small and rocky beach. It’s too big to go from anywhere from our room to any amenities.

Absolutely stunning property, larger than life, lovely pools, but the food at all the restaurants and buffet was some of the best I’ve had in the world. The spa was exceptional as well.

The bugs ! And the staff will try sell you a membership, and won’t stop when you say no. TV and air conditioning had a mind of its own as well at times.

Lobby staff check in not very accommodating. Zero flexibility it the options or ability to solve a problem or even offer a solution. They don’t listen to the customers needs or care if you stay with them again. No effort to retain you as a repeat customer

Learn from large hotel chains like Marriott . Hopefully Hyatt willChange the no flex current mindset . They make it clear that useIng a third party to book reservations impedes thier ability to help you

The staff where extremely attentive and helpful. Remain professional at all time. Food was delicious!!

The meals were all good The French was exceptional Exceptional service of some staff: Hector Parra in first place, Aldo from the French, Victor at the club preferred at floor 8, Jose Joya at 6; Amairini at coffee station and Nereyda at the world cafe breakfast

Super overpriced. More than $800 usd per night for an all inclusive and they say it’s a luxury resort but is far away of a luxury It was no clean . Hair in the room floors. 1 hour for room service and get some water in bottles The ocean view is totally partial, blocked from many spots and the room view no the best at all . The structure of the building is no functional and no the best for an ocean view resort . We were not able to see sunrise , sunset , moonrise nothing .The beach was disgusting , the saddest and no maintenance with a couple of dozen dead Fish and so much trash and seaweed The Ac in the French restaurant didn’t work properly for several nightsSo much pressure about signing contract for the time share. Too much ! We were looking for an adults only but Secrets shares facilities with Dreams which is crowded of kids!Noise from neighboring dogs all night long and thin walls (you can listen everything from the halls )

Nice grounds

The hotel is very large and spread out requiring lots of walking for older guests. Rates are very high especially for guests who don't drink alcohol. Shower floors were very slippery when wet, and showed signs of mold or mildew also no grab bars for old or handicapped people?

Breakfast was Excellent at the Market Cafe Restaurant on the 6th Floor, the Staff attention and service was 5 stars, we would like to congratulate our waitress team; ARAEL and ABRAHAM they are amazing. The Food at this Restaurant is like a super luxury Cruise with all possible options to choose from.As far as the Pool Service at the 6th Floor we would like to congratulate GILBERTO his service was Excellent !

We reserved a KING SUITE with OCEAN VIEW, but even that we had view of the Ocean far away our room face more the Jungle than the Ocean, this could better explain at check in or during the reservation process.

This is a very relaxing hotel. I have been to many resorts, and this has to be one of the best. I love how there is an Adults only side and family/kid side, so you can accommodate both. The property itself is imaculate. This property is gorgeous. They have staff working 24 hours to make sure everything is clean from the pool to the restaurants. Excillent customer service. I love this propert, and we will be going back. Never felt so safe and secure.

That we had to leave. I want to go back now.We will be back........

will try a different resort next time.

add on’s. cost of add on’s. reservations for restaurants. or having to buy a $100 bottle of wine to secure a restaurant reservation. ocean view rooms are really not ocean view without leaning over the balcony. loud outdoor live music in centre of lobby and super loud behind closed room doors.
