Conrad Punta de Mita

You can¿t beat the breathtaking setting, clean beach, clean ocean water. This ocean side of the peninsula is the most magnificent spot in all of Zpunta de Mita by far. Better that the Four Season no or bay side.

Two things. The restaurants have overlapping Menzies and the food is just monotonous. Big tip to not order the pasta. Yuck. Also, there are some kinks in this new hotel. The air conditioning in our casa had so many problems we had to change casas.

This is probably the worst experience I¿ve had a hotel. Do NOT stay here. The service was absolutely terrible. Since it¿s a 225 character max I¿ll get to the worst part¿ bed bugs. What a great Christmas surprise to bring home bed bugs from the Conrad.

Service was terrible, especially in the ceviche restaurant. The floor of the room was filthy. We had bed bugs. I¿ve been waiting for days for someone to return my call about this complaint. I still haven¿t heard anything back.

The food is not good and the prices are extremely high, and there is nowhere to run after 11 pm.

I loved the staff everyone so attentive and gave their best to give you an exceptional stay.

I did not like the prices of the restaurant and the price of the beverages , since it is a resort far from local restaurants in reality you dont have option , you will always need to be ready to pay 30-40 dollars per beverage and 75-100 dollars per meal per person , so in this case it is expensive , just in 3 days of food and beverages I paid around 2.2k dollars.

The property is beautiful in every way. From the grand, elegant lobby to the beautifully manicured landscaping and pool areas, the property was very welcoming. We rented the beachside room in Casa 7 and were impressed by the size and elegance. Our room included a butler, daily buffet breakfast, daily evening snacks and bar, and complimentary airport transfer. The staff was very friendly and the quality of service was top notch at all the restaurants. The sunsets and ocean waves were mesmerizing!

Beautiful beach, large bedroom with large terrace and great ocean view, perfect weather in December, pools and gardens are very nice. Overall excellent choice.

The breakfast buffet is horrendous, avoid it. Restaurants food is decent but prices are extremely high.

Most Food in the evening restaurants was very expensive ! There are alot of big conventions and weddings here and they take over the spaces and pools with loud private events. Restricts guests quiet enjoyment of many facilities alot. Pounding loud music pool parties and events are a regular occurrence and should be noted if wanting a restful quiet venue.

An Amazing property Staff are beyond caring for you to have a peaceful stay, everything was what i needed, rest, stop and rejuvinate. The spa was world class, my only poitive feedback, was the food was not amazing, the breakfast fabulous but the two restaurants i tried, (not the high end one) were ok... mexico is world class food level and it can come in the form of a quesadilla or a fish dish, simple but tastie. But im a foodie so you asked the wrong person.....The staff the staff AMAZING in the restuarants, so happy to help.Thank you

It is situated in the beautiful Punta de Mita and has a gorgeous stretch of beachfront property. The resort is truly special in every aspect. The landscape is stunning and the pools were beautifully designed to be a focal point of the beach. The food at all the restaurants were amazing especially Cotex was truly remarkable! The staff in all areas could not have been more attentive they went well above our expectations. We would highly recommend this resort to anyone who wants a wonderful experience.

Everything! Beautiful spot. The best, longest sandy beach, largest pool complex, gorgeous landscaping.

Beatiful retreat we would visit again any time.

The entrance to the rooms in the left wing (if you look toward the ocean) are opposite of another Hotel. While this seems fine, there are large ventilators and AC noises from this other hotel making it impossible to sleep with open windows. We moved to the right wing and this was a great experience.
