It was old. Wifi didn't work. Jacuzzi was not a jacuzzi but just a huge bathtub (didn't have a switch for the jets). The toiletries were lowest of quality. They forced you to buy from ther overpriced bar at the pool. It was just very horrible for the price. Everything was old and not well taken care off. I can't express enough how bad it was, their pictures are very misleading.

Tv should be updated and i had to work and the wifi was a bit slow.

Rooms were comfortable,in a nice and quiet location

They allow kids to be jumping and playing in the jacuzzi pool,not able tu use it for that reason.

The location is amazing.. right at the lake.. the property has over 22 beautiful orange Iguanas .. just magnificentStaff extremely friendly. Definitely recommended.

I liked the fact they're ready with the on-line reservation.Everything was in order.The service of the staff was very warm and cozy.

Of those 2 nights we stayed, during the day our room wasn't cleaned.The frigobar had a very elevated cost.There wasn't an ice machine nearby.The soap they provide is awful.

Location.

It is so noisy, and the walls are thin. From my room, I listened to what was happening in the next room, drunk people, music until 2:30, and noisy intercourse. The Hotel makes us sign politics that do not demand to be fulfilled. And more important, the administration has to identify the people that potentially have this behavior and do not put them in the next room to a family with children under 12 years old.I received several tandem emails, 1) from Booking requiring me to update my payment detail because the hotel notified Booking that they couldn't process my credit card, and in order to prevent cancellation I have to update my credit car, I followed the instruction to do it, 2) I received the email confirmation telling that my pay details were successfully updated and again the mail 1) that the hotel couldn't process my credit car. After several rounds of this 1) and 2) without success, I contact the hotel directly. Ending the history me transferring directly more money than the Bookig web page said it will cost to avoid cancelation.

We got a great room by the lake, it's proximity with all services was great. ROOM service and food overall was great.

Poor service and acomodations. Very old bathroom and towels. Ask for twitter things wich they didn’t accomplished

Pool water was not clean and it was cold.Used bedclothes were accumultaed along the hallways and stairs.Bathroom cleanliness was not ok

I really enjoyed the service. The whole hotel crew was excellent. I loved the location (right on the lake).

I did not like the food. It felt like it was microwaved. The coffee was not strong enough and the soda did not have any fizzy. The soda was flat. The room was very dated. The WiFi was very laggy in our room and other parts of the hotel. The pool was a bit cold. Also, we had problems with our hotel room key.
