- The staff was very friendly. Beds are comfortable and large. Very beautiful view to the lake.
- It was very clean. It had a beautiful view. The staff was nice.

Cons -
- It is a bit far from the centre. But if you want to have a good lake view, you should live with this. The price was extremely high, probably because of the Day of the deads (Doa de los muertos)
- Extremely expensive. When I tried booking there was really nothing available(it was high season) so we booked this one. Which was 600 dollars a night. But for that amount of money I thought they would offer at least breakfast. All they had was a room downstairs with yogurt, refreshments, pan de Muertos and coffee. The room was pretty but had very poor lighting. We had a hard time getting the TV to function it kept freezing. The shower on full power was like a drizzle..The pillows were very hard. They didnt even have a hair dryer. Not even a full body mirror. Also after I booked and gave my credit card info they send me a message that I had to do a wire transfer to pay them.
