Everything is incredible, personal, the room, the place, the food is amazing if you want to have a break from a vacation or the city its de ideal place todo it

The property is stunning inside and out, from the pool, down to the lake. The grounds are so pretty and it’s very relaxing and peaceful. The owner Raffael and staff took very good care of us during our stay and were helpful with local knowledge of the area. Our room was luxurious with fluffy pillows with a huge comfortable bed and the views of the lake were amazing.

In short, I spent most of the next day catching up on sleep and didn’t really experience much.

I missed my first night. My flight was delayed by 2 hours causing me to be late to check-in. Check-in was closed by the time I got to hotel. I had to sleep in rental car since there were no vacancies in town

Absolutely gorgeous, staff goes beyond their means to make you feel comfortable and relaxed.Quiet and spacious, beautiful views and serene atmosphere.

Beautiful hotel - luxurious - pool setting incredible overlooking the lake. The service was superb. Restaurant food incredible - breakfast poolside was outstanding. Could not have been any better actually. Bed was super comfortable & fireplace in room. Shower perfect.

Parking was a very steep incline so our moto had to park at the top then walk down. Pool water temp a little cold, and closed early.

Breakfast was amazing as well as the views, the room didn't meet our expectations, the windows could not be opened. The bathroom had several issues with humidity as well as the room that were unattended.

The room, common areas, the restaurant closes at 8 pm, the bathroom, the area that is near the lake, they use it like an open storage facility which destroys the hotel's mood. Also, broken windows and overall ir seems the hotel hasn't had good maintenance in a long time.

It is amazing to be in a Beautiful Property like this Hacienda. Jesus, Julio,Rafael and Salvador were amazing. Mr. Rafael was very professional as well and very hospitable.

Cocktail upon arrival. Absolutely gorgeous property. Super comfortable beds. Complimentary, yummy breakfast included. Astounding views.Jacuzzi tub and lots of hot water.

There wa no light over vanity so difficult to shave, apply makeup...There was an empty socket with old wires above vanity but no light fixture. Odd in such an expensive accommodation.Although a lovely terrace attached to the room there were no chairs to sit on. Oddly, a small table, no chairs.

Enjoyed the stay. It was beautiful to stay on the lake. It was secluded, private and surreal. Love the sunset and quietness of the place. Would love to return.

You need to prepare with the mosquitoes at night. The food could be better. Wished the staff did speak a little of English but no big deal.

It’s such a breathtaking property. It’s even more beautiful in person. Our room was very nice. Gorgeous views and a super comfortable bed. The staff was extremely professional and very nice.

It is a beautiful hotel!The staff went above and beyond our expectations. My partner has a mobility challenge and the hotel is on the side of a hill. Staff went out of their way to assist him getting around.

It was the cold season and it would have been nice to have a small heater in the room.

Breakfast was 3-course wonderful, with fresh fruit, green corn (sweet) tamales and then a main course of either eggs of your choice or chiiquiles. Fresh orange juice and coffee. The only addition I could suggest would be bacon, but that just me. I never cook it at home, only at restaurants.COVID closed spa services. The in-room jacuzzi tub was lovely. Great fireplace! The view was phenomenal, either at night or during the day. This hotel is exotic and homey, as well as the surrounding environmen.The very best and most important facet is the hotel staff and the surrounding population. At the same time, the hotel and area is exotic and homey.

Loved the view of the lake from our room. Super unique, clean and great service.

Poor WiFi connection. Pool and lighting shutdown too early for weekends. I would have liked the option to rent a projector or screen because there is nothing to do at night.

We had an amazing stay! Staff has been excellent, very helpful and detail oriented. We took a lot of pictures and videos to share with family and friends... we definitely recommend a stay! My son took advantage of the pool overlooking the beautiful lake. The water was warm and the pool area very clean. It’s hard to express just how great our stay has been. Overall the hotel is family friendly, relaxing, quiet, an enjoyable experience.
