Pros +
- Beds are good, security, staff is ok, location.
- Location, it was near the markets I planned to shop at.
- The staff was very nice and accommodating.
Cons -
- In my room there was no toilet paper, and no hand towels I had to ask for.
- Our room was on the ground floor with the window opening to the garage. This was very disappointing. We had the shades closed, thus no natural light. It was not worth the money plus it was quite noisy at all hours of the night.
- Well the fan didn't work. the water pressure was not great. the TV didn't have any streaming services

The bed comfortable and have lift and parking
The room almost no facility, don't have any chair to sit, no TV, no hair dryer and no soundproof , I stay 3 nights and have to ask reception for hair dryer. The location seem dangerous and not good for walk even day time but have small street food just opposite is good and cheap.and also i have problem to contact the hotel as i will come to check in late than 19.00 but no answer at all from booking message and email for about 3 days. finally I have to asked my friend to help me to walk there and check in for me
Noisy echo chamber, sleep is impossible
If you want to sleep at all, don't book this place. The entire hotel is an echo chamber that amplifies every single footstep, snore, and every word spoken right into your ear. Earplugs were useless. Our group booked rooms on every floor, and all rooms were like this. As if this weren't bad enough, they hosted loud family parties in the courtyard at 1:00-3:00 AM, with screaming babies and loud carousing. They didn't seem to be guests staying at the hotel. I got zero sleep the whole time. If it wasn't the weird party, it was The guy snoring across the hall, or the couple having sex two floors above.
I loved this stay it was clean, comfortable and large. I wrote a lot and it didn't save--thanks booking. The water pressure was good and hot, the bed was comfortable, and it was cleaned daily.
very central and quiet, comfortable beds, ideal to explore CFMX, in 10min by foot to Zocalo, many bakeriesrestaurants, major bar night street just 5min, metro also 5minMex.City must visit, full of street markets close to Zocalo, very safe area
nada
It was cheap
There was mold in the bathroom. And its quite loud also
The room had all the basic essentials I needed, and I appreciated the inclusion of shampoo and shower gel. One big plus was the location — the metro station at Paral·lel was just around the corner, making it super easy to get around the city.
On the downside, the artwork in my room was quite unsettling — it featured dogs attacking a deer, which felt really out of place and not exactly the most relaxing decor. Also, the surrounding area didn’t feel particularly safe at night, so I’d recommend being a bit cautious if you’re out late.A safety box would be great to add.
Good budget option. Clean rooms, comfy beds. The staff very helpful. Very close to the Zocalo although wouldn't recommend walking around after dark.
The bed was very comfortable. And the price was cheap for an hotel. The location was good.
The trash was full when i came to the room. But i guess its just a forgotten from the cleaner. Nothing crazy.
It was very dirty
It was not clean, the blankets were not washed, there were cockroach
The Staff was pleasand. The room was very clean and the bed linen pristine white, the best I have seen in Mexican hotels; smell clean. Pleasure to go to bed.
The location a bit different but, safe
The people who were working there were kind and willing to help. The main Zócalo was not far away considering how big the city is. Very quiet place.
No one was speaking English at all so the communication was very difficult. Everything in the bathroom was not working very well. The location of the place was a little sketchy.
Great location overall; close to el centro without being too close to the most crowded tourist areas; easily accessible public transport system. Very friendly and responsive staff.
Our room was on the ground floor and subject to a lot of noise from people coming and going, especially early mornings as workers started getting there. The window faced the back courtyard where a bright floodlight was lit at various times in the night.
Great location, very close to the city centre. Although the room wasn't very big, there was enough space for everything. Big plus for a small desk/table and enough lamps to make the place bright. The room and the bathroom were clean, also the cosmetics available in the bathroom were an additional advantage.
The window in our room had a view for the parking so somebody from outside could easily see our room.

Big double bed, very comfortable, very clean sheets, changed daily. Functional bathroom. Big ceiling fan: very efficient against the few mosquitos. The hotel has a generous check out policy until 13h – combined with a less accommodating check in starting 14h … We arrived at 9h in the morning after 33 hours of shuttles, planes and taxis yearning for a shower and a few hours of sleep : for half a day’s rental extra, we had a clean room to move into an hour later ! Lots of little eateries around, metro station a block away and within an easy 15 minutes walk of Plaza de la Constitucion !

Fast check in, elevator access, 10 minutes walk to Zocalo. It's a good budget stay for a short trip. We only stayed for one night. The room was clean and location is only 20 minutes taxi ride from the airport.
The noise from the street of people partying downstairs made it impossible to sleep till they finished. The room was too hot and staffy with windows closed but you couldn't keep them open because of the noise
