    Cons -

    • Food and drinks price super expensive
    • The room was so strange. The wc cabin has a gigant transparent window, no privacy at all. The shower had no ventilation at all or any place to put nothing, not even the towel, only outside the shower space. Not a single place to place your luggage, only one of the 2 people had a place to put the suitcase. To wash your hands you had to cross the room, which was a challenge among the suitcase and the small space beteen the bed and the window. We coyld not open the windows since there was no bug protector. The restaurant was a disgrace, 700 pesos for 3 coffees and a melted cheese which was not even the grams specified in the menu. There was a dog walking around and it was not specifed to be pet friendly

Everything was perfect. So much peace! The staff was super nice, the views incredible, the food spectacular, the room as just a dream. All of the activities were amazing, I feel fully rested.

    Nothing!

Place is beautiful and right on the waterfront. Spa facilities and massage was amazing!

Some of the pools were in need of work and maintenance. The staff at the restaurant seemed young and inexperienced. Gave us the wrong information about the food items at different times.

    Room #2 Great view...!

The place has a great location, however, it seemed like the owner has let the maintenance down on the facility. Take for example the pool areas. The paint or protective coating on the concrete bottom were disintegrating. The pool itself had not been clean for days because of the grass and leaves floating on top, everyday during my stay. Bathroom has a musty smell, needed to be vented. And after ordering the hamburger...was sick for days. Look, I'm sure at one time this pace was awesome...but, for what I paid, disappointing.

The staff was very nice and the room had a great view of the lake, the hotel have many activities

Dinner wasn't good (quality of the food) and the worst part was that my wife got really sick the next day with diarrhea and stomach pain all day, even my self didn't feel good at all.now here is the problem, the hotel doesn't have any basic medicine for this situations and the worst part is that I had to drive more than 40 minutes just to get to a pharmacy and back.of course this ruined our whole weekend and we had to leave.Just one more thing that I think is very important, inside the room there was a small pool and it had a lot of broken glasses laying in the bottom of the pool from a broken bottle, we didn't cut ourselves and we took as much as we could out of the pool, I think the hotel should be more careful about this situations.

The property has an original setup

The property is old, poorly maintained and a joke for the prices asked. The pool is disgusting and leaves paint marks on the bathing suits and skin. The rooms are poorly maintained, the plunge pool in the suites are cold and the cover is falling apart. The room wasn’t clean and the insulation is a joke. You hear every word, cough or sound from next door.

    The views

The room needed maintenance. The mosquito screen was malfunctioning. The windows do not close completely and therefore one can hear heavy traffic on the highway, including trucks at 4 am. Privacy is hard to come by because you can hear what is going on in the adjacent rooms. The fountain outside the rooms was not working or turned of for quite some time and therefore was a stench of stagnated water. The staff was rude and anxious at dinner and does not match the holistic vibe that they should represent. Breakfast was atrocious, the price of 420 MXN per person for a buffet that is not well stocked and food is cold is excessive.

    Amazing breakfast and service

The quality of the room service FOOD was terrible. The taste, texture and freshness was way below hotel standard.

    2DavidPosted on: 11-18-2024

The view to the lake was stunning

Overpriced in almost every aspect. Dreadful food. The beds and pillows are awful. Smells horrible. Noisy; you can hear every door, conversation. And that god-awful New Age music.

    9KatarzynaPosted on: 10-10-2024

Amazing room design with amazing view.

Pool inside during the night was a bit too loud.

    The view is nice

Stay away from this hotel if you don’t want to ruin your vacation. The service is horrible starting with check in, and the attitude of the staff so impudent. Throughout the whole stay I felt treated so bad in this hotel. The room lacked maintenance, and windows wouldn’t even close due to lack of oil. The dinner restaurant was just the final disappointment. 25 minutes waiting for menu, even though raising the hand multiple times. That the waiter comes and says “y que quieren?” like omg what is that attitude. After we called the supervisor the service became better. The hotel claims themselves to be mysterious and everything for your relax. It was independence day in Mexico - so there was a concert starting at 7 pm with fireworks - which is fine. But it continued until 1:30 am with music antro with such a high volume that I bet not one guest could sleep. we heard multiple guests complaining ( we were with a baby of 1.5 y.o - imagine the frustration when the concert didn’t finish at 11 pm and went on until 1:30 am)And that’s far from everything which happened during this stay. the hotel is just so bad. we had the Master Suite - one of the best rooms in the hotel 2 nights cost us 14.500 pesos. The value for the money and the treatment, service, room we received is just disappointing. This was also our marriage anniversary with my husband. Thanks this hotel for ruining it for us.

    The view

We didn’t realize that the room didn’t have air conditioning. It was super hot and humid

The location and they had vegan food

Pools lack maintenance, rooms need noise isolation

    8LetíciaPosted on: 6-7-2024

It is beautiful and very clean

Overpriced to what they deliver. It’s not a resort. It’s a spa hotel like any other, there’s nothing special for the price they ask. And rooms don’t even have AC. Everything is overpriced: food, drinks, spa treatment.

The concept in general is very well thought. Has a lot of potential, the grounds and location are excellent. The food overall was very good.

The first we noticed is the check in staff, seemed to us with little experience, didn’t approach us properly. Same with the check out staff, slow and unable to make decisions. I was extremely disappointed they told me at checkout that a body lotion and hand soap in dispensers were missing. We never had them since we checked in and since no one pointed it out when the room was given to us, we didn’t expect it and didn’t call it out. However they told us those 2 items were when we checked in. They made me feel like if I took them, and made me sign a consent. I’ve never experienced this anywhere else in the world, like if I wanted to take those two bottles and bring them home with me, two items that are not even that special! Unbelievable. Another big disappointment were the pools. Completely unmaintained and in bad condition. The tiles were all loose, so that it was dangerous for our kids to play. One of the beds on the water was loose and my daughter almost tripped over. One of the pools had a yellowish color and I never saw anyone vacuuming them. Another issue was that even though they placed us in the “family building”, our neighbors from the room next door arrived at 1:30am making all the noises possible (the rooms are connected through a very thin sliding door, where you could hear everything and even see the stream of light from them). Thankfully the hotel provides ear plugs (which I thought was very curious). Lastly, we were not aware the hotel doesn’t offer AC. A big issue for us, since we came at a time of extreme hot weather, so unfortunately we didn’t get much sleep either.

    Food, show, location

Price for what you get: dirty pool with sharp pieces of broken tiles all over the pool, shaky walkways, loose planks, no air conditioning & 30 Celsius inside of rooms, no ramps or elevators for strollers

    6Ma F.Posted on: 4-15-2024

The concept is a good and the place they have has sooo much potential.

Rooms don’t have enough ventilation. Extremely hot and humid (because of the pool inside the room). Also de food is expensive and below average quality.

    6ErendiraPosted on: 4-11-2024

View from our bedroom. Dinner was delicious

Pools could have been cleaner. I did not get in because they had debris and didn’t look clean. Cleaning staff was loud and their equipment room was right next to ours. We got a couple’s massage and I got a facial and both times construction workers were loud and cussing. Too much noise and I did not enjoy my services.
