It was a spacious apartment, more than generous in size for two people.

We had to walk our suitcases up and down a hill, on cobblestones, no other options were available, so this was less than pleasant. Our booking stated there was air conditioning available in our room, this was not the case, we did inform the staff about this. There were also no fans in the room and only one small window, so it got quite warm. We ordered room service soon after arriving, our order was acknowledged 30min after ordering, informing us they didnt have some things that we had ordered. it then took over an hour to get our food. This was normal for the duration of our trip. The food was subpar, and cold. The power went out three times during our trip. The shower was fine, however it was impossible to control the temperature, and went hot then cold, so pretty hard to enjoy. The ironing board is small, which is fine however the iron itself burnt my partners top, right before leaving for a wedding. we were not impressed at all especially because of how much it cost to stay at this place.

Nothing, everything is so bad, hotel is expensive and old

My room had a pair of USED socks in the bed, when we told them they just said oh will check it with the cleaning department, they weren't ashamed of this situation. We are paying a very expensive hotel to have a dirty room. They are more interested on the tip than everything else.

The waterfall, the installations, the staff gave us good service !

They didn't have Air conditioner, and there were times that the room was feeling hot because of the sun. Its all about small spaces to drive through, it's difficult for large vehicles.

There is an awesome waterrfall whitin the hotel, the nature in the hotel is very nice, the pool and the jacuzzi are climatizing and with roof, the staff really attentive.

The price was a little expensive, but the hotel was amazing.

Room was fine. Pool is fine also. restaurant is great, very good food. Location and surroundings were amazing.

The bathroom needs maintenance, dripping water in the sink and outside of it, also the shower controls are a little bit tired and not functioning properly.

Spa has great view and nice ammenities. People at the front desk and in general are kind and helpful.

Chalet rooms are not what is expected. Room is outdated and furniture the is old. There is a very thin door to separate the joint chalet. We could hear everything that our neighbors were up to. Hopefully we managed to change room to the main building. Otherwise getting some sleep would have been imposible.

The wifi in the chalets is very unstable. Think about it if traveling for work.

The setting was Amazing!! Full of trees, River below our chalet with waterfall feeding it.

Initially issues with wifi, but they were fixed quickly and worked for the duration of our stay.

Facilities are great!! And personnel, everybody was nice all the time.I had a great time in the SPA

The staff was always friendly, formal and polite. Even though I didn't have the opportunity, I thought that the idea to book appointments for the pool was good/considerate to avoid having crowded areas. The restaurant had an amazing view of the waterfall.

The Wi-Fi connection was poor, the bathroom wasn't as tidy as I would've hoped for (dead bugs on curtain) but my biggest complaint would be that walls are too thin to hear everything happening on adjacent rooms / outside the room, this is a problem for light-sleepers.

Location, personnel

All the services that were requested through whatsapp were terrible. Room service was incredibly slow, 3 times took 49 minutes or longer to address very simple request such as ice, glasses or a more urgent one as the bathroom door know broke and we were unable to go in. Finally, they did not book me and my partner into the spa as we had agreed on previously. For the price they're asking, I consider it disappointing and overpriced.

Beautiful setting, especially the waterfall, comfortable rooms, good dining.

No phones in the room due to covid measures. No coffee machines either.

The wifi didnt work. The food expensive for the level of the hotel. It is not a GRAND hotel.

The hotel is in a fantastic setting with the waterfall and the small bungalows spread out over the area. We ate breakfast there every day and had dinner there every evening. The food was very nice, well made and enough of it. The staff were always helpful.

The hotel is just a little bit rundown and very retro in some areas. We liked it, but people should be aware of this.

The double amount was charged from my card. They promised to return the amount in 15 days but later they told the amount will be returned in one month. I have not received my amount back yet till 13.01.2021. Let us see when will they return. There is no written apology from their side nor is there written promise to refund the amount.
