Restaurant staff was very friendly and helpful

The shower had about 2 or 3 minutes max of tepid water, no were close to being even a little warm. Concierge staff not that helpful but overall nice

Beautiful interior of the courtyard. Restaurant right on the property with exceptional food and drinks.

Hot Tub was cold on the main floor and very dirty on the top floor.

Staff do everything possible to make the stay enjoyable.Beautifully green setting and cozy rooms.Filtered water is free. Comfortable beds. Clean.

Some plumbing was not working so sink drain stopped up and leaky pipe flooded the bathroom. Spanish is my language, but no one explained that I had to run hot water in tub for long time before expecting hot water shower. So, I had to bother maintenance again. They were nice, but I don’t like to bother people. Dehumidifier tray was full (rooms smell damp without it)Although they were nice enough to not charge us two of the days, only cafe de olla and mint tea come with breakfast. Unflavored coffee is extra. Unfortunately, cinnamon and mint trigger migraines for me. I understand that it is easier to make coffee by the pot and it is hard to keep costs down. Likewise, I got pizza that had something like Romano or cotija type cheese after asking to make sure there was no queso de oveja o cabra in my food. Perhaps I should have been more specific to Romano or Parmesan.

The rooms were clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The location was great since it’s within 10 minutes walking to downtown and it had ample parking. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming, and their breakfast was delicious!

When showering, the water would come out cold and we had to wait a good amount of time for hot water to come out.

The obligated tip for the guy who washed my car without asking, he close a bit the parking lot door, and he opened until he saw I’ll give him a tip, that’s not polite at all, it’s a bad gesture for the foreigners, and as a Mexican I didn’t like it at all, it must to be asked first.

Prompt, attentive and friendly staff, beautiful courtyard and rooms, live music Friday and Saturday night, delicious food!

Bad location, super noisy right in front of a very loud street, difficult to get there or to go anywhere by car. In the night you hear bikes and cars with music out loud, very difficult to sleep.

Casa vieja, por fuera tiene mala apariencia, en las noches la calle es demasiado ruidosa y si te toca una habitación que da a la calle, es difícil descansar.Old house, bad looking, it’s very noisy in the nights, you can barely rest.

Meson de Leyendas is a beautiful Bed& Breakfast with a wonderful garden where we were served delicious breakfasts and were able to relax and enjoy the scenery and the beautiful music that was always playing. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

In my opinion, extra services like woods for the fire place and use of sauna should be included in the price you are paying.

Beautiful character building without compromising comfort. Tranquil courtyard garden festooned with flowering plants. Helpful staff, comfortable beds, great stone fire pizza and generous breakfast. Helped us visit the amazing monarch butterfly sanctuary. Helped us arrange transport from Mexico city.

This is one of the best hotels I've stayed at in Mexico! Lovely staff, delicious breakfast and exciting options like getting a fire lit in the fireplace, a spa, and many other offers (not free though). Highly recommend!

Everything was perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The room was very nice, the bed very comfortable, the sheets were of good quality and the included toiletries were excellent. All the staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. Daniel the waiter provided exemplary service at breakfast each morning. The included breakfast each morning was delicious and a great way to start the day. We enjoyed listening to the live music on Friday and Saturday nights. We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit to Valle de Bravo.

The location and garden are really nice, as well as the rooms located at the back of the property.

Whenever you decide to stay, you’ll probablly need to specify getting rooms at the back. The front street is very loud. We also experienced a lack of organization at the check in and during breakfast black coffee is not free, very uncommon and certainly confusing for an included American breakfast.

I believe the place can look much nicer just with attention to small details as outside view, gardening.Having parking lot is a incredible pro, it is missing a valet parking assistance.

Small and cozy hotel, really well located near the city center but away from the noise. Breakfast was amazing! Spa service was very comfortable. There is a chimney in the room. Staff were incredibly hospitable.

I didn't like the service of one of the restaurant employees, over the breakfast he seemed rude. I have to say that the rest of the personnel was extremely kind.

Everything was absolutely amazing. Throughout our stay, we felt ourselves as very dear guests, and we really wanted to thank the team of the hotel for their attitude and assistance. A special thank you to the restaurant manager Javier, who was super nice and always willing to know how we were and if there was anything he could help us with. The territory of the hotel is fantastic: very green, cozy, and tranquil. The same can be said about the rooms: excellent equipment, very comfortable, and stylish. Breakfasts – very savory and of high quality with a good choice of dishes (a wide variety of Mexican traditional ones) not to get bored if you stay several nights. We stayed 4 nights and wanted to prolong our stay for more, but it was the end of the vacation anyway. Thank you very much. We highly recommend this place and dream of coming back.
