Clean, nice staff and good food

Hard to get to the hotel. It is in a small mall. They turn escalators off when it is late. The elevator did not work. A lot of stairs to walk. Then I forgot my phone in the car so I needed to walk back again. Terrible.Bad experience at the mall. Some dangerous areas to walk through. They were cleaning the floor downstairs (ground floor) so I needed to walk around. Now I am in treatment due to a sprained ankle/foot.

Location is good for north Mexico City.

Hotel is in the second floor of a shopping center, no direct access from parking and elevators (lifts) doesn’t work fine (2 out of 4 were working)Bed and pillows are not comfortable

The spacious room, cleanliness, and surprisingly quiet despite being next to the highway. Also the fact that it’s in a shopping mall with great dining options other than the hotel restaurant.Nice bar with attentive wait staff.Starbucks at the lower floor.Safe Parking on site partially included.Will be back when i need to be in that area of CDMX.

The check-in was incredibly slow. It took 3 staff members to get done. Seemed like none knew what they were doing. They barely spoke English, and seemed upset when my husband asked them a few things. They need all kinds of re-training.

The problem was with the staff. In reception they were to rude. Unable to give information about the hotel facilities.

The room was so perfect. So quiet even though the hotel is next to one of the main avenues in Mexico city (periférico norte). Everything was so clean, in perfect order, the distribution inside the room was great. I loved the bed, it was firm and it felt so nice.The room had a bar fridge, hairdryer, a small desk and the lighting was good enough if you wanted to work or just simply to have some light in the room. The breakfast buffet was good although a little bit pricey for what it is offered.

The pillows were very high, so uncomfortable to sleep with, at least for me. We had to pay $120 Mexican pesos per day of parking ($7.5 USD est.), I consider it is expensive here in Mexico and should be for free since we are already staying in the hotel.

Excellent location - close to one of the biggest and best malls in Latin America and main road to mexico city. Receptionist and breakfast staff have a great positive attitude.

Dimly lit and depressing reception area. Breakfast and room service frequently arrived cold. Hotel said they could arrange a hire car, however after making a reservation the hotel said they could not make contact with the hire company. During our stay there was on going construction in the central commercial where the hotel is situated, resulting in noise and vibrations around the clock..

The location is great. It's in a Mall. and close to where I needed to go. COVID measures were taken and it was clean. Great morning receptionist.

It was difficult to turn off the heater in the evening. We could not open the window, we called the receptionist hourly up until 4 AM. We were not offered ANY help by the evening receptionist or a room exchange. Yet the kind and helpful receptionist the next morning told me the evening receptionist said we declined help or a room exchange. I would only return here out of need. I am also aware this was one terrible employee.

Location, Location...it is inside a Commercial Shopping Centre, which I found very convenient, even though there were not too many shops, there is also Cinemex. The lounge outside is nice to relax and have a drink as well. Free wi-fi throughout the hote

bottle of water was not complimentary while many others with same Stars, offer complimentary bottle of water. So if you wanted to make in-room coffee, you had a bottle of water, otherwise you'd have to buy a bottle of water at MX$25. Toilettre was not ref

The Hotel is in good conditions almost new, bed confortable, clean, a little too small but perfect for 2 persons

Noise levels are high, try to stay at the upper levels
