Clean, big space, good condition A/C unit, big clean and comfortable bed, staff very friendly and useful it was an excellent experience definitely I will back in future

Cons -

All was perfect
There was no window in the room given to me. Since I have panic attacks in stuffy and closed rooms, this feature is very important for me. However, I did not find it right that they gave a lifeless room to the customer without asking. The hotel was nice but the room was full of dust. There were hairs on the floor and in the bed. There was no window in the room. The phone did not work. There was no iron. I was upset that there were such negative situations in the hotel where we paid to stay. My friends were going to come to the hotel, but they moved to another hotel nearby because of these deficiencies. The toilet and the room are inside each other without a door and this causes the toilet smell to spread in the room. This situation in a room with no windows made me very uncomfortable.
