The area was great. Shopping mall there and great restaurants. Room was large and bed was comfy.
Hard to find light switches for bathroom. Black on black was hard to see. Full length mirror had crisscross panels so wife didn't like that. Blocked your body at certain parts. Lighting was bad for putting on makeup. Too dark.

Slow elevators. Water not too hot for shower. Room smellled like cigarettes
Clean and very modern. Beds were comfortable and the hotel is in a great location.

The location and overall aesthetic of the hotel are great! The plaza consists of some amazing shopping and dining. Service was good also! They suggested a late night food delivery option since we arrived at 10:00 PM and graciously helped us set up for an important zoom meeting in their upstairs bar area once we had checked out of our room!
Our ac kept making a clicking sound, which for a light sleeper made it a little tough to fall asleep.
