- Yes, said airport transportation was provided, then i get into Mexico and the hotel says they do not provide transportation
- Horrible check in experience in the rain. No staff could find an umbrella. Led to our room through ankle high puddles on slippery tiles. Often no dry towels at the pool. Staff was always polite but not always helpful.

I really liked the fact I can have a double room with 2 bathrooms for me and my kids.
The hotel is located on an area where you can¿t enjoy the beach. We had to go to another location to enjoy beach water. The pools are unkept my daughter cut her foot open on broken tile. The next day we witnessed another young girl do the same.
