- The location was spectacular - the mountains, lake, and available paddle boats and kayaks, horses to ride. The cabin was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The water was hot for the jacuzzi and shower. The key plus for the resort is the magnificent beauty of the mountains and lake. The staff and waiters were great - very friendly.

- The cabin lacked a microwave and furniture - too sparse. The Jacuzzi in the room did not work properly and the gas fireplace malfunctioned more than once. The outdoor hot tub and steam room did not work, so the resort has a real problem with basic maintenance. The food was very mediocre, especially our first night - a petite filet that was low-grade sirloin, likely having been frozen, cold potatoes and tres lech dessert that was dry and tasteless. The cost was extremely high by Mexican standards, so the value overall was disappointing.
