Great location! It was clean and the staff were nice. Check in and check out process was fast and easy

Depending on where your room is located you can hear lots of traffic.Also during our stay we had very loud guests staying down the hall that had kids playing in the hallway till late at night.Not the Hotels fault but it was a few nights of this.

The staff was amazing. The location was perfect. The room was clean and well ventilated. . Everything worked well

The location, close to town

The stuff was all men, not let you feel welcome, the AC was old and couldn't tell if it was on, the vents were broken, found some soxs from i dont know how long on the couch (not ours)

Room was not semi clean. The towels had holes and the room was outdated.

The bed was very comfortable and very clean and like a lot the location of the hotel everything close and good service

Maybe the strange smell of wetness on the room but nothing else all was exeptional

We don’t see the coffee maker

Lot of moisture on the ceiling of the toilet and the fan don’t turn.Little trace of moisture on the wall near the bed.They need to renew it . That is the room 427

What i like about the property was that it was really close to the center and easy to get around.

The property is really outdated and it’s not clean plus it’s not safe around where it’s located.

Location is convenient and is close to main attractions

Wifi is very slow and shower bath kept the water to an uncomfortable level

The staff was wonderful, they were all kind and friendly.

The room wasn't in the best shape; the bathroom was beyond dirty, the toilet was dirty, the shower cuirtain had mold, the sheets were stained, they deactivated my room key mid-stay and when I opened the shower the first night the water was brown.

Location is convenient.

Hotel is old and dirty. Beds were hard as a rock, there was a hole in the shower ceiling. Water went out. AC leaked. I had booked for 3 nights and only stayed 2 nights. Staff did not bother to ask about early check out.

I loved the staff very, very attentive to my needs and the breakfast was very good as well. A large variation of foods and drinks.

I did not like that beds were not soft but rather hard on the back and the room was not updated to inviting stay, darker colors are not the best for someone to say "yeah I want to stay at that room again".

The place was nice, comfortable and clean. The room we stayed in was pretty spacious.

The ramps for carrying luggage are very steep.

Very friendly and professional staff who not only greeted us, but came outside to find us when we couldn't locate the car park.- Secure private car park- air-conditioned rooms- comfortable beds- TV- great location - it's no 5-star hotel but it's excellent value for money

- perhaps they could have a fridge in the room.

Linens were clean but very old and torn. Hole in bathroom ceiling and broken door knob

I liked that there was AC and TV in the rooms. There was also a balcony which was nice

The front desk was not very friendly and not very organized. There were some chairs in front of our room and they were so dirty and had balls of hair on them. Our room was so old and run down. The bathroom could use a remodel, it was dirty and old.
