Staff lacks training. The waiter had a white tshirt and lacked grooming. My food was not good.

No air conditioning in the waiting room.

I would happily recommend FCH Providencia! Room was spacious and clean. Was awesome having access to a pool. Hotel was located in a safe neighbourhood. Was quiet and peaceful.Staff were really friendly, helpful and patient with us (we spoke very limited Spanish). Staff were available 24/7 which was good since our flight got delayed and we had to check in at midnight. Restaurant had a good variety of food and was really yummy. Excellent value for money.

Some minor complaints - some of the towels were a bit old and ripped. The water was slow to heat up and we were told to turn the sink on full for 20 seconds before using the shower. Bit random for a modern building. Also room service gave us 2 bottles of water for two days at the beginning but then none for the rest of our stay?

The hotel and location is great! Bedrooms are spacious and nicely decorated.

every single evening an extremely bad smells was coming out from the bathroom, like swish. That made my stay a bit unpleasant. The cleaning lady was adding more smelling spray and liquids but still the smell was very strong every evening and night.

Excellent location!

This hotel has always been my go to since i have been going to Guadalajara for the last 4yrs.. I at least try to go 2x a year.. Never had an issue because it has always been 5 star with previous employees and this time i didn't like the stay.. The towels in my room were all torn, didn't have towel to place ase a matt.. When i called front desk to ask for one, i was told they would take me one and they never did.. Very poor service in the restaurant, waitress never went back to check on us, she literally forgot about us and it wasn't busy to where we were forgotten.. The doorman didn't offer to help us out to our room as the previous employee was excellent at performing this task.. It just seems, that as years go by they are just hiring anybody to have staff and not people who actually like their job and provide us the best service. This hotel is a little pricey, so i was expecting better service..

you can hear EVERY sound. I was woken up at 2am by stomping upstairs. I was on the first floor. Very thin walls.

Comfortable modern room in a great location. We wish we could in move next door.
