Breakfast was good staff excellent

It seems bigger in pictures but it is in the small side also you can hear the traffic noise from your room.

The breakfast offered was good and staff (in general) was friendly.

Beds were small. Room service was not great. Room was hot and humid - the air-conditioner was not working properly and we had to call for maintenance to fix it. The room was very basic, no decor - just beds and shower and drawers.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds and delicious breakfast. Walking distance to restaurants, pharmacy and grocery store.

The experience was really bad I had an upgrade and they didn’t give me a better room. The wifi didn’t work and the room was super poor!

We had an issue with the water faucet and shower!! Also didn’t like that they only give you two 355ml of bottled water, they should provide more or at least a bigger size!!! Our room had a super small TV and I hated the view! The breakfast buffet has the same menu since 5 years ago. Change it up. There is one waiter who is very rude and gives you nasty looks

Hotel has its own resturant which is nice and breakfeast is included and is fresh, on Fridays they have live music a guitar player. the staff here are very helpful and willing to take care you and assist you in anything you may need.

Wifi on 5th floor is horrible, bring wifi extender for your laptop. I stayed in the Executive suit room 1510 its nice but water pressure for shower is weak and so is the wifi connection they had to let me connect to the administrations wifi on the 6th floor, "contabilidad" and the sink to wash hands the drainage is bad, it overflows. other than this it was a pleasent stay. too expensive though for what you get. I stayed at VICTORIA EJECUTIVO after leaving this place and it is alot nicer and Italian resturant at VICTORIA EJECUTIVO is really good

Fourth stay there. Always very clean and with a friendly staff. Well maintained and quiet. Safe location in Zapopan with good restaurants nearby

Clean comfortable and close to where I needed to go. Restaurant is a plus. Third time stayed there.

Breakfast is good but almost totally centered on Mexican foods. Little choice for gringoes.

the bedrooms were clean and the bed were comfortable.

In Spanish we call this “clasistas”, meaning the front desk are the ones that look up and down on you to see if your money worth. 10 bedrooms and they were saying none of us were booked. they tried to sell us the rooms all over again. we all saw that better customer service was given to other people that were lighter skin color and those who apparently looked like they had a bigger wallet. so disappointing from someone who is also Mexican and has to see that with our own. Also, the staff were belligerent, in a way that you cant make any noise whatsoever because theyll send someone knocking at your room and try to kick you out. the food is ok.
