The staff is super friendly and courteous. Price was very reasonable given the location and room was modern. The area is relatively quiet though just half a block away from Avenida Chapultepec where it is more loud and lively. They have a terrace w/a view

The only issue I had was the lighting, the light switches took a bit to get used to what switch turns what on and some lights had to stay on in order to use another. The lighting is a bit dim. This wouldn't deter me from coming back at all.

Great location, staff, and awesome value!!

The slider door would not lock and this was not fixed during our stay...however we felt super safe in this location so we didn't feel it was necessary to change rooms for this inconvenience.

Our bathroom smelled so bad, and also, I got a room with balcony and they changed it and gave us one without it. But it was nice overall

The hotel is cute and within walking distance of many restaurants

The bed did have a dip where it is most commonly slept on.

The property was perfectly located near almost everything. The staff were lovely and helpful and were always willing to help. The breakfast at the hotel was also delicious. There’s nothing bad I could say about the property. I’ve stayed multiple times and I will be staying there again.

Even if paid through booking.com, they asked me to pay again at check-in. I could not dispute it since this was my only reservation and needed a place to stay.At check-out they noticed the double-payment but did not refund me, they asked me to deal with booking.com, wich tells me in return I must handle it with the hotel. Basically, they charged twice and have no solution to refund me.Currently failing a claim with my travel insurance.

I love the view, the rooftop, friendly stuff, bunch of bars and restaurants around the hotel. Very safe.

Noise from the street

Room, bed, pillows, decor, piece, fridge. Bathroom some people may find odd, but fine for me.

Location. Great for places to eat, poor for public transportation.

Breakfast was great and the people were very nice around the hotel.

They can improve by putting two towels per guest, we also noticed a small towel for both of us to shower.

it was a good breakfast but needed to take stairs to access the different floor. we also didnt know that it was complimentary each day until we were checking out.

Basic things were missing. Only one night stand when checked in, a side table was brought in from one of the conference tables. Safe took until the next day to function which limited our time out. Simple things like the light bulb was out in the closet which meant turning on the hall light each time. Only 6 hangers for two people - for 10 day stay. Only two drawers. Nespresso had to be moved since wouldnt reach outlet. Only two coffee cups per day. No signage or QR code on how to reach front desk, room service. No predial or preset buttons on room phone when it was working. no ice machine on floor and had to call daily. No towel hangers in bathroom or anywhere else. Magnifying mirror had to be replaced. One hand towel bar was directly in front of sink/crotch level. Venting for shower was really loud and had to turn off to relax. Shower leaked. If the property truly wants to save on water, have towel hangers so the towels dont hang from the tub. Signage encourages not washing towels daily, but no real place to hang the towels to tell hospitality staff. Get rid of the tub which takes up space and lots of water (waste of space and water). Have umbrellas on top patio so you can actually sit outside during the mid day in shade. Post that this hotel is not ADA accessible and requires a flight of stairs to even enter from street level. Fix broken or janky door handles for staff door which is right next to the only client elevator. Seeing broken things or needing to call for things to be replaced or repaired doesn't inspire relaxation. We left 2 days early.

The bedroom has a window, but the other room (check the photos I took) has no natural light; making it totally useless. The safe was not working (error code).The bathroom was dirty with hairs all around; the cabin was broken. The food was poor, the personnel was quite rude.

The location in a very nice area with lovely coffeeshops and places to visit nearby.The staff was helpful and polite.The rooms are large.

The rooms feel a bit dated. I tried different rooms because I stayed twice, and in all of them a tile was missing from the shower which made it look a bit rundown. I had some issues with windows not closing or water leaking from them when it rained. It's a very nice hotel bu it deserves some love!
