The internet is terrible. They use consumer grade AP's making the conection completely unreliable. Stay away if you need to do remote work.

The staff were excellent & very helpful with anything we needed. The AC wasn't working in our room & they got it fixed right away. It was nice & quiet at night as we had asked for a quiet room area. The night front desk clerk Alberto helped us put things in a locked room & allowed us to keep our bags there when we went out for dinner then, called us a cab to the airport. The hotel is right beside the expo centre so only a 5 min walk to get to the show we were attending. A very well priced hotel with very nice staff. We will come again!
We wished there were more blanets in the room. The fixed AC worked very well so we were a little chilled.

This hotel was horrible and in no way should have a 8.7 review. Maybe a 6.0. I would never had stayed there if the review had been correct or even close. The bed was absolutely horrible. Hard as a rock. Comforter was paper thin and had stains and sheets were rough. Not very clean. No amenities but the worst part is that the WIFI WAS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. I had work to do and could t do anything from my room at all. There was nothing good about this hotel accept for the staff.
