    Pros +

    • The staff makes you feel at home. The best attention, comfort, and calmness on top of high-end interior design. Aesthetically pleasing stay
    • We loved it! It was delicious, and the staff were so friendly. I was grateful to the friendly staff, who welcomed us and were so warm and kind! My standard room was so spacious, clean, and perfect. My parents stayed in the suite on 7th floor and were totally dazzled by the large living room and the huge deck with a great view. The whole hotel was so tastefully balanced between the modern and traditional. The location is also perfect. It's on a street with many nice cafes nearby, and we had breakfast outside on the hotel patio beneath a beautiful tree. Totally worth it!
    • Nice hotel and staff and good location close to restautants and nice pool

    Cons -

    • Wifi is terrible, especially around the pool. They need more vegan options.
    • No yoga mats in the gym to do stretching, complicated gym access
    • For the price it was not worth it, all of the other hotels from the group are stunning and this one was underwhelming. The shower leaked all over the floor, the bed was tiny etc etc

The hotel is beautiful. we enjoyed the pool area with friends and it was great having our own space. The staff was very nice and overall we had a great time.

The bathroom and shower floor is polished marble and although it looks beautiful it is very slippery , my toddler felt twice. There was a dead cucaracha in one of the communal areas. I know that can happen but then we came back and it was still there.

Location is excellent, bar and restaurant have a nice ambiance, design is thoughtful. It rained during our stay and the hotel was a great place to stay and hang.

Bed was on the soft side. There were some stains on the elevator and bathroom floors that make it seem unkept which is a pity because everything is really nice. The staff had some confusion as to what room we were going to take and that took a while to sort.

I have been to this hotel several times in the past. It seems that management change since the hotel is not as good as it was. Personal are all amateurs, new restaurant is terrible and doesnt go withe the cool concept the hotel used to have. So sorry to see that this location has gone to waist.

Love the pool, patio, staff, breakfast, location, and room!

It was loud both weekend nights from some club that was going until 4 am. Would have liked a room not facing that. One night it smelled very strongly of smoke all in the room too.

Really great hotel in an excellent location. Friendly staff. Nice food and drinks. Good selection of bars and restaurants in the neighborhood.

    8JeanPosted on: 11-5-2024

Location is great, staff was courteous , breakfast was amazing . Also thank you for the welcome drink!

Beautiful architecturally significant hotel but not super comfortable. Not enough electrical sockets for my many tech devices. Room is a little dark.

    Nice location, clean.

A/C broken, told us we're wrong and it just needs time. At 6pm it was still 84F/29C in the room. Asked again for a room change, got denied again. Technician came a second time around 7pm and fixed it.Lobby is tiny, checkin is only at 3pm, so around then it looked like a refugee camp with bags. They couldn't even find ours that we left there earlier because the room wasn't ready. Told us it's in the room which it wasn't and they finally found it in a different corridor.Told us there's parking, which actually means you have to double park in a busy street in Guadalajara and run in with your hazards on to grab someone to Valet the car.Overall way overpriced for something that added stress to our trip instead of the opposite.

Nice design like most Habita spots, but not opening the gym before 7am even when the front desk manager confirmed it was

Nice boutique hotel in safe neighborhood. Good breakfast in outdoor terrace. Small bar with knowledgeable bartender.

Limited dinner menu, not close to downtown.

Loved the location to the property. In a quiet and nice neighborhood. Walking distance to many restaurants and cafes. Hotel was very clean. Pool area and pool bar was a small but nice area.

    Nothing to complain about.

It look good on instagram… the resto is great and the breakfast is comforting with good coffee and friendly faces.

The property has an identity crisis… I couldNot found the main entrance when I arrived, the stylish bicycle are just looking good - do not use them they are dangerous, they need serious maintenance. I only have one chair in my room and I ask for another one for my husband and it took three days to get it. The Quiet weekend did not help… heavy place… thank you to the breakfast crew for helping.
