Very good

The breakfast was too scant. I've stayed at other CIty Express hotels, and it was more substantive for the same price.

Price include breakfast, but free breakfast really few options

The location is good for what I had to do and visit.

The breakfast, I have had much better breakfast options at cheaper hotels. The chair at the room's desktop is HORRIBLE, illumination at the desktop is bad, the lady at the lobby who made the check in was rude and did not explained to me the basics of the hotel, she was not polite or helpful in any way.

I always prefer Marriott for my stays, they never disappoint.Room was clean, hot water, WIFI.Continental breakfast & free coffee 24/7Staff were always helpful & courteous.I will keep using City Express Plus.

** I would change the carpeting on the aisles on the 2nd floor, they look worn out. (Clean but worn out)** I would keep the lights turned on where the 24/7 coffee machine is, I couldn't see if I was getting sugar or cream!** All TV channels were Spanish speaking, I would like to be able to change them to my language. (English) and I would like to be able to cast content from my phone to the TV, for instance Netflix or YouTube.** When I booked my stay I asked for a queen bed but at check in there weren't any rooms available and was offered a room with double beds. I didn't accept stating that I had booked my stay with enough time.In the end, the front end girl did accommodate my request but I had the impression that the room was not cleaned in time for my arrival. I did receive a fresh clean room, sheets, towels and bathroom amenities all fresh, but it felt rushed..Have in mind that I did get there after 3;00pm so it should have been ready beforehand.

The breakfast was fantastic, very fresh, with lots of options, and all delicious!!!! The room is very comfortable with perfect AC settings, didn't need to change anything, and the staff were awesome, didn't want for anything!

There is no room charge service for your orders,,, staff don't provide you plates or forks to your room ..you have to go down and they give you disposable plates..It says it is a 4star property.... It's not even a 3star .

That it was close to the Guadalajara expo.

It was extremely costly. It was aweful to take a shower because the water pressure was not available as well as hot water. I talked to the hotel associates to give me another room after I complained about the water issue, but my requests were ignored.Wifi was not working even do it was available to us.

Location of hotel was great, easy walking distance to Expo Guadalajara. A few restaurants and shops in the area.

Breakfast is vary basic, unless you order from menu and pay extra.

Price value. The breakfast was nice and our stay was pretty nice here. The room was tranquil and we slept well even though the room was close to the main street. The soundproofing of the construction is great.

The water pressure can be better. But if you stay just 1 night like us, I don't think it affects you a lot.

The service overall it was good. The front desk staff very polite. The gym was open.

The breakfast was changed to continental only. The client pays for breakfast before it was included. The room space is small. If you need to warm something in the microwave, the security person goes to the table and asks if you are a hotel client. That may be very uncomfortable because we have been in and out of the hotel and that person apparently did no recognized us. Those services are in the first floor and you need a card key to get to that level. It did not make sense to me.

Very clean and very nice people comfortable

Good breakfast, juices, mexican buffet, fruits, coffee. Good security at the hotel and as well a lot of antibacterial gel everywhere. Cleaning service every day. Kindly staff.

Our 1st room had a door communication with next room. This option is good for a big family. In our case we were only 2 people so we requested a room change which it was quickly and in a good manner.

The breakfast is amazing, together with the staff they are always alert and ready to help.
