The lobby looked very nice and modern and the staff was friendly.
In comparation with the lobby, the rooms were quite old, there was no hair dryer in the room which I noticed after washing my hair. I went to the reception to ask for one and the lady informed me that there were not in all rooms. She got a maintainance colleague to bring me one from another room.Breakfast was not included (I was sure I had booked it

It’s obvious that they are trying to renew the equipments, however they could do more, especially the air-conditioner must definitely be changed.

the cafeteria could have better food.
They charged us at our arrival of the hotel for our stay when I had already paid for this. It was very upsetting trying to deal with the front desk. I brought a copy of my payment and it wasn't until the 3rd day of our stay that they were able to fix it.
