Roma Guadalajara in downtown

I am upset with the fact that I paid for breakfast inclusion which wasn¿t honored. Notification to staff was met with dumbfounded expression and no results. The receptionists were not friendly. The bell boys were excellent as well as other Service staf

The only thing was the receptionist who did nothing to honor the breakfast that was included. I wasn¿t about to argue since I was upset at the treatment to begin with

blankets needs to be better cleaned. They smell bad

Put us in a room that was subpar compared to the other rooms.

Please provide customer service 24 hours a day to answer to the guest. And don¿t grab a money with the excuse of¿

Location was great! Walking distance from eel centro.

I've been coming to this hotel for over 40 years!!!!! Centrally located, good amenities and the rooms are so comfortable.....

The location.

Room was dirty, toilet leaked, AC was noisy, no night stands by bed, no place to plug in electronics, shower drain was plugged, coffee in the rooms were like brown water. Staff sent me to a room that hadn’t been cleaned.

the Roma is a good bet if you want to be in the center. Very helpful and friendly staff, great locat

Room always smell bad from sewer,very strong smell, we couldn't sleep very well for the reason.

The front desk and door staff were very helpful and friendly

A bit noisy from the street but that is out of the hotel's control. Slept fine.

The staff and the concierge were very friendly, from the moment they arrived to the Hotel. My parents were greeted with a warm smile. My father had surgery and mobility was limited, the staff personally took my father to his room and helped him to hus bed and I'm very grateful for their kindness. To me, they went above and behond to assist my elderly parents. The hotel is in a very nice location in downtown Guadalajara, walking distance to lots of shopping. The room was very comfortable, the bathroom was very clean, and the bed and bedding was fluffy. They food at the restaurant was delicious and I would rate this Hotel a 5 star.

The first night it was raining and at 3:00 a.m. water started falling halfway through the ceiling. They moved me to another room and the air conditioning didn't work and the following days there was water in the hallway.

Breakfast amazing! And Oscar the waiter was so attentive. And friendly.

All of the equipment in the gym was broken. Only could use the weights. This is a concern as it could hurt someone. Needs to be upgraded or at least fixed.

Everything. Breakfast was excellent (buffet style) most importantly for me the coffee was excellent

The fact that an iron was missing from the room and in order to obtain one they required a deposit! This was a first for me and it bothered me

I prepaid when I booked through Booking.com. However upon my arrival, I was told to pay. They finally figured out. Same with breakfast. I was told to pay breakfast when I paid a room with breakfast. She was told I paid after she called someone on the phone. It wasn’t pleasant to be asked to pay every time!!

Just the location, staff were ok too

Even after changing my room to a cleaner room, it was Unbelievably Dirty, broken walls and ceilings and furniture. There was stains everywhere. I don’t know how this place rated 8.8 for cleaning

No windows. Noisy room. I found a cockroach.

Super friendly staff, breakfast buffet and available resources at the hotel such as personal essential items you could have forgotten at home and snacks.

I like the cleanliness the hotel staff keeps, very well kept. Although, there is a scent they put at the reception in the afternoon/evening that is very strong. It made me a little nauseated. Its a nice smell but if they decrease they amount they put it, it would help tremendously.The hotel is starting to look a little out dated, maybe some small remodeling to the hotel will make it look nicer.
