Sketchy location,, rooms are small and dark, horrible smell. I checked out after a few hours.

I loved the firm bed and there was lots of room to move around the bed as the room was sizeable. Housekeeping and the desk staff were very nice and helpful, always.

It's nice to have an in-room coffee maker but the coffee could be better. Towels were falling apart a bit, but they worked.

Clean room, and restaurant.

Rude and inconsiderate staff. We only had our room cleaned twice and they were rude when we asked for more towels, toilet paper, etc. Cleaning staff are always on their phones, talking loud early morning. There is super loud banging from construction on the 4th floor.

Rude and inconsiderate staff taking loud outside our room was early in the morning. Or playing their radio as they cleaned or did their work. There is construction happening on the 4th floor and we could hear the loud banging all day on the 6th floor. A hotel staff tried scamming us into a Tequila town tour by calling and calling our room and wanted to charge us way more for the tour. He wanted to charge us $850 pesos when we said the street tour people charged us $650 pesos he then ignored us in tte lobby. Asking for extra toilet paper or anything was like we were asking for something valuable. One star told us we couldn’t only get only one toilet paper. We didn’t trust staff to clean or enter the room so in the 11 days we just had our room 1 time and took our belonging. The construction noise and rude/inconsiderate staff was the reason we will not stay here again.

Staff very polite,friendly, and professional Hotel close to everything, Historical center.

We stayed here last year and obviously it met our needs quite well. It was close to Centro and quite a few attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful. We will stay here again and recommend it to friends

Old building ,key would open, old furniture , the shower wouldn’t drain , rooms were very small and disgusting found 2 dirty tissues under the cover, pillow cases with hair and dirty carpet, construction noise. We ask to be moved but since we arrive to the hotel and switch rooms to a “better and cleaner room “ took almost and hour . We we’re beyond exhausted. Never again !!

That was cheap

There was a cockroach in our bed, and we requested to change us the room, it was dirty, the bathroom wasnt flushing down very well and the shower it was kinda old fashion,the iron did not work and the noise that they make every morning it is complety ANNNOOOYING!!!!!

Great location, great hotel and very friendly staff. The beds were very comfortable and the room was very nice.

In all of their rooms the windows do not open, for safety as they said. This means that we have to sleep with the A/C on which is not the best thing to do. They could install windows that open a little, that would make it more comfortable for everyone.

Everything old or broken in rooms. Bathroom floors could use some bleach. Breakfast buffet had one protein and mostly carbs for the price. Could use some decor in rooms and hallways. Key card stopped working several times.

Rooms were clean but bed was not comfortable for me. My husband slept very well as he likes firm bed. I’d go back just for another delicious Bloody Mary

The property requires maintenance and does not resemble the advertised photos. Although the bed was clean, the bathroom is outdated and in need of remodeling, leaving the hotel with an overall unpleasant, aged atmosphere. Breakfast is overpriced compared to the local average and the selection is disappointing.

It’s in a okay location, walkable to various locations.

The rooms are in serious need of repairs. When I booked this hotel, there was no mention that the property is currently undergoing renovations. The base price only gets you an outdated room — worn carpet, stained walls, and furniture that’s literally falling apart.Once you arrive, you’re offered the option to upgrade to a renovated room on the 6th floor — but at nearly double the cost. This feels misleading and should have been clearly communicated upfront.I was also underwhelmed by the food at the hotel. Thankfully, there are several restaurants within walking distance, including one directly across the street, which I’d recommend instead.

Wifi was very poorThe drainage in the bathroom was very poor, water will stay on the floor for an hour even after bath

Location was amazing, staff was very nice and helpful. They had 2 working elevators.

Bathroom was a little dirty, and the card kept demagnetizing and we had to keep coming down to the lobby to fix every day
