Si tuviera k decir algo malo ser¿a aunque a mi no me afecto, k no tiene elevador deber¿an de especificar en caso de k vayan personas mayores o en silla de ruedas

Location can't be beat for the Historic District, and proximity to Metro system. Staff was friendly and helpful

More like a youth hostel; noisy rooms, no A/C control, shortage of electrical outlets, light fixtures that didn't work. Very hard mattress and pillows, but I have found this in many Mexico hotels. Free internet, but very weak signal.

It's easily accessible and it's cllose to downtown

The location of the room was horrible. It faced a very busy street with no way to cut off the traffic noise which went on all night long. This made sleep almost impossible. I would never stay again without a back room away from the street

The location is great, within walking distance of the centre and Chapultepec Street, right by the university and Museum of Arts. On Sundays there is a buffet breakfast, good choice and great value and everything was really tasty! The rooms are a decent size and clean.

The rooms are fairly basic and could do with some modernising. The hallways are a little dark and the wifi doesn't reach well into the rooms.

It seems like people are allowed to smoke in the rooms. When I checked into my room it smelt like a strong ashtray. The people before me were definitely smoking in there. My friends room did not smell at all. I complained to the staff about my room but they said there was nothing they could do. My friends ATM card also went missing and people tried to use it. We confronted the staff but they denied.

The location was great, room was big enough and it’s a quite place. There’s a lot of food places nearby and it’s close to bus/train stations

The WiFi signal was very week in the room. Mostly of it works well in the reception and common areas. The room didn’t have a hair dryer

I didn’t like the property it’s very ghetto.

They had no power, no AC or fan or anything . Elevator wasn’t working had to walk 4 flights with luggage

I found a big cockroach ? in the room very dirty toilet and lots of water coming up when showering up from the tub ? in the drainage (stinky)

The room was terrible, the mattress was hard seven had rips the windows didn’t lock and it doesn’t have air conditioning.

I think overall it was clean.

It's VERY outdated, the beds are very cheap and also the pillows, it was very uncomfortable.

It really is too bad. Dirty, bad smell, no ventilation. old beds, dirty sheets. I could not continue staying there.

Someone left drugs in my room. My guess is that previous guest(s) did it. I left one day earlier for this.

the room wasn’t cleaned after 7 nights Accomadation. very insecure (door locks) no night time security. scum in the shower, very old and stained towels and bed sheets. very noisy clientele. no hot water, very weak WiFi signal
